2 OVERVIEW Situated on the main A420 road near Wick,the house is just 10 minutes from Bath and 20 minutes from Bristol. There are 2 excellent 18 hole golf courses within a 5-10 minutes you can drive and a pub within walking distance, about a mile away. The property will sleep 20, (23 with a double bed and sofa bed) in 8 bedrooms; 5 in the house and 3 in the Annex. There are 4 bathrooms. All beds are single / large bunk beds. Facilities include 2 hot tubs, a dining area for 20, a games room with a pool table and darts board and a medium sized garden for a BBQ s.
