2 OVERVIEW The Stylish Farm House is the epitome of luxury, with impressive views of the source of the Axe and located in one of England s most stunning locations in the patchworkquilt Dorset countryside. The house can sleep 10 in complete luxury in en-suite double or twin bedrooms. The old farmhouse has been recently refurbished to create an exquisite space for guests with every possible comfort a country house should have. You can book each house on an individual basis or all together with the Stylish Barn Conversions as many guests do for weddings or large parties. A note from the owners: "I want our guests to stay somewhere which is at least as good, if not better than home - I want the experience to be as good as any boutique hotel at a fraction of the cost. I want my guests to tell me what is important to them so if they would like a chef or a highly trained spa therapist it can be organized, or if they prefer to be left alone, the choice is entirely theirs."

Weddings The Stylish Farm House has a wedding licence so you can get married on site. You are required to rent all three properties (the Farm House and the two Stylish Barn Conversions) for weddings. The number of guests you have is not limited by space, as there is plenty of land for marquees and a wonderful array of fantastic tents. Up to 36 of your guests can sleep here overnight in absolute luxury with use of the two Stylish Barn Conversions. The houses are located close enough together to ensure the party does not feel split, but are designed with complete privacy in mind. Residential guests can be pampered in your own private spa, swim in your private indoor swimming pool, or soak in a hot tub for complete relaxation prior to the event. Treat the Stylish Farm House as your own private home and we can help you organise a fabulous wedding with all the benefits of a hotel but none of the inconveniences. Stag and Hen parties No stags but hen parties are allowed. Corporate facilities Available for corporate hire- please contact us with your requirements. Dining room has space for 16 people for board meetings. Wireless broadband - presentation equipment can be arranged. Single occupancy for 5 people, or up to 10 if all the rooms are set up as twins. 6 PRICES 2018 minimum stay The minimum stay at weekends is 3 nights. low season (January, February, March, November, December) Weekend - 2,500 Week stay - 3,250 mid season (April, May, June, Sep, Oct) Weekend - 2,500 Week stay - 3,250 high season (July, August) Weekend - 2,950 Week stay - 4,950 christmas & New Year Please enquire for availability and rates weddings (for up to 34 resident guests) You are required to take all three properties onsite for weddings stylish-barn-conversions Winter mid-week (Monday - Friday) - 5,400 April - June & September mid-week - 7,500 July - August mid-week - 8,850 Winter weekend (Friday - Monday)- 6,400 April - June & September weekend - 7,500 July - August weekend - 8,850 There will be additional costs for day guests over the 34 resident guests - please enquire. Marquee costs are additional if required In house caterers are to be used and this is an additional cost Check in is 5pm and check out is 10am booking terms A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking with the balance due 12 weeks prior to arrival. Refundable damages deposit - 1,500 due 12 weeks prior along with the balance payment. This is refunded minus any deductions within 14 days of departure.
