2 General Light Labor General support pre/during and post KAABOO. Responsibilities range from moving light furniture, tents or other items, delivering product to vendors, and other responsibilities as needed. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Required to work outside in the elements Shifts vary, up to 8 hours in a day, beginning from September 8 th through September 20 th. Bask Light Labor Assist with the set up of Bask, including tapping down turf, setting pillows and /or furniture, putting together games and other light labor as needed. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Required to work outside in the elements Days needed: Wednesday September 13 th and Thursday September 14 th, up to an 8 hour shift both days.

3 Gear Store Light Labor Responsible for assisting with tagging clothes, setting up and cleaning fixtures, and folding clothes for merchandising. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds Days needed: September 10 th, 11 th and 12 th, up to an 8 hour shift on all days, as needed. Humor Me Guest Laugh Pass Attendants Responsible for scanning Humor Me Passes from guests and directing them to Ushers for seating. of patience in working with guests to ensure their pass is scanned, valid and they are headed toward the Ushers with a smile and excited to be there. Shifts are Friday, September 15, Saturday September 16 and Sunday the 17th.

4 Humor Me Usher Responsible for escorting guests to their seating location in the different tiers of seating. Assist with turning over the club following the show. of patience in working with guests to ensure they are seated in the correct location. Ability to communicate and answer questions if they request to seat in another area which they do not have a pass for. Shifts are Friday, September 15, Saturday September 16 and Sunday the 17th. Humor Me Usher and Line Leads Oversee the Ushers addressing any customer service issues that may come up. Take the Lead on communication with guests should an issue arise. Communicate effectively and immediately with the Humor Me Manager of any issues requiring additional support. of patience in working with guests to ensure they are seated in the correct location. Ability to communicate and answer questions if they request a seat in another area which they do not have a pass for. Shifts are Friday, September 15, Saturday September 16 and Sunday the 17th.

5 Guest Services Call Center Assist with answering KAABOO guest phone calls and inquiries regarding the event. Ensuring all guests receive friendly and accurate information. Must have superior guest services skills, excellent communication skills, positive and excellent work ethic. Ability to stay calm under pressure and know when to politely pass an upset guest to a manager or lead. Background in customer service preferred. Shifts are available from Sunday September 10 th through Sunday September 19 th. Sitting for majority of shift, indoors Staff Catering Assistants Primary responsibilities will be greeting staff as they arrive at Staff Catering and ensuring RFID scans correctly to ensure accurate tracking of meals served. May need to work with the computer/software system to enter in RFID s that do not scan and/or run reports if needed. May also assist with department ice and water requests as needed. Other responsibilities may include helping to clean up staff catering area, wipe down tables and chairs and other duties as assigned. Must have a positive attitude, greet staff with a smile and provide excellent guest service. and sitting Days needed: September 5 th through September 21st, AM and PM shifts available.
