1 Lil Crafters Instructions Shift: 4:00 pm to 9:00pm - Please sign in and sign out Put on your name tag Four crafts will be available for the night. You will be setting up the area with the supplies that are given. A supervisor will by there to help with directing. Set up Set up 6 tables in a square formation in designated area. Table cloths on table. One craft per table Have necessary equipment for craft on each table Keep the extra supplies are to be stored under the table out of reach from crafter Teach/ help crafter Help with getting supplies Show Children the craft Depending on skill level and parent you will either help them or chat with the parent or move to next crafter Clean up Put supplies and equipment away in a neat and orderly fashion. Take all supplies back Fold all table cloths Clean grass area of any supplies or garbage on the ground Make sure lids are replaced on glue Help clean Fun Zone of garbage and recycling Help take down
2 Lil Gardeners Instructions Shift: 4:00pm to 9:00pm- Please sign in and sign out Set up Set up 2 tables under tent near the fence Make sure there is room for traffic flow between fence & tables Make sure you have water at your station. Teach/help crafter Clean up Crafters will be decorating a pot and planting a plant Please take extra supplies away Wipe down table take back to storage Clean up garbage and recycling in Fun Zone area Help take down fencing Green Zone Instructions Shift: 4:30 pm to 10pm - Please sign in and sign out We will have a service club in at 4 to 5 to set up recycling and garbage recipticals. You will be standing by a recycling zone and helping people to know where their recycling should go or you will be going from one recycling zone to the next and separate the recycling from the garbage.
3 Change the bag if full. Take full bag to the area behind the cement washroom in the park. As you move from one zone to the other pick up garbage and recyling. Food Fair Instructions Shift: 4:30pm to 10pm - Please sign in and out You will be in charge of the food fair eating area. You will need to take your supplies to the food fair eating area. This area must be monitored and cleaned Tasks Clear any garbage or recycling from tables Wipe the tables Sweep the road and keep clean Monitor garbage cans by the food fair and on Wellington Supplies needed Bucket with soap Rubber gloves Cloth Broom and dust pan Extra garbage bags and recycling bags Event Set Up Instructions Set up Shift: 2pm to 5pm - Please sign in and out

5 o 4 tall chairs Bakers o Water o 1 garbage can with bag in it o 1 table Clowning around o small table From BIA Chairs o 40- food fair (brown folding chairs stored at Hendersons on cart o 12 black folding chairs to seniors matter Event Take Down Instructions Take Down Shift: 8:30 to 11:30pm Please refer to the map for location for take down Family fun Zone-between 8 pm and 9pm -Start with taking down the Family Fun Zone supplies and 2 x6 tables from lil crafter bakers face paint 12 in total go to BIA -Face painting tables chairs go to Big box move close to road by electrical box for truck pick up -Fence along young stack goes to Big box -10 x10 tent Star, Sabrina load on pallet by electrical box to be taken to Henderson storage please put tents in bags that are in BIA during event. Food Fair- 9pm start clean up -Start wiping down chairs tables not being used (carts for table and chair in Vineyard where Harold stores his cart) -Chairs and Table to be loaded on cart taken to Henderson s storage -Pick up the exta tables at info (1) Seniors Matter(3) total of 12 tables
6 -load Fence from climbing wall in Truck goes to Big Box -Hockey Nets and boards use pallet mover to take to Henderson s Stage area 10pm to 11:30 -fencing around stage (big box) -sound equipment(goes to Henderson s) -all 10 x10 tent Mr. Lube, BIA, Progress, Star, load on pallet to be taken to Henderson storage please put tents in bags that are in BIA during event. Market Helpers Shift time 2:00 pm to 5:30 -help with the vendors set up of tents -watch supplies while vendors park cars -be available for the market coordinator -be available for set of event if need be Student administration Shift time 2:00pm to 6pm and 6pm to 9:30 -be at the student sign in and sign out table - make sure name tags are ready to go and on staff - help fill in or make sure time sheets are filled in accurately - make sure that staff know when next shift is before leaving - once students have signed in you will be a floater for all position for bathroom breaks. -deliver supplies and water to staff - runner for Event coordinator
