All along the way, your tour provides luxury accommodations, including the Grande Bretagne in Athens, oversized guest rooms at a sublime beachfront resort on Crete, and sky-high suites in Santorini with private terraces! The itinerary covers the ancient and modern capital of Athens, nearby historical beauty spots of Mycenae and Nafplion, the beautiful island of Crete, and the magical island and caldera of Santorini. Each day offers multiple special experiences and openings, including meals at private wineries and olive farms, dinners in privately-opened museums, meetings with notable Greek art collectors, an intimate Greek cooking lesson, cruises by private chartered boats in Crete and Santorini, and meals at top gourmet restaurants that are among the best in. An expert historian guide will escort the entire program, bringing to life the ancient beauties of the Acropolis, the dazzling new galleries of the Acropolis Museum, Poseidon s Temple bathed in sunset light at the tip of Cape Sounion, the ancient palace corridors of Knossos, the colorful alleyways of Chania, and so much more. An optional pre-tour extension will include the hotel night before the start of the tour at the Grande Bretagne and an excursion to the National Archaeological Museum of Athens in the morning of the first day of the tour. Additionally, a post-tour extension will be offered to beautiful Dubrovnik, Croatia on the Adriatic Sea. Four nights in Dubrovnik will allow us to explore the delightful old town, spend a day along the coast in the lovely young nation of Montenegro, visit wineries and gardens, and cruise the Adriatic on our own private boat. Accommodations will be in the excellent five-star Hotel Villa Dubrovnik. The tour dates are September 19-29, 2019, when the summer rush is over on the islands but temperatures are still pleasantly warm. Main tour price per person is $12,495 (based on double occupancy). Single supplement is $3,495. The optional tour extension to Croatia and Montenegro s price per person is $3,995 (based on double occupancy), with a single supplement of $1,395. International airfare to and from is not included. NOTE ON OPTIONAL PRE-TOUR EXTRA NIGHT AND TOURING IN ATHENS For those wishing to arrive a day early to relax and get settled before the tour begins, we are offering a pre-tour option that includes the night of September 19 th at the Hotel Grande Bretagne, a private airport-hotel transfer, and also a guided tour of the National Archaeological Museum with its countless masterpieces from ancient times. Those wishing to take advantage of this option will depart the U.S. on September 18, September 19, 2019 Departures from U.S. on flights to Athens,. 5 September 22, 2019 Depart in the morning for a full day of guided visits of major historical Greek sites in the environs of Athens. Head west of Athens through the Attica and spend the morning exploring Mycenae, one of the major centers of early Greek civilization, famous for its iconic Lion Gate. The doors of a beautiful family-owned winery in the nearby countryside are opened for us, with our hosts organizing a wine tasting and upscale buffet luncheon. Finish your day with a guided walk and some shopping time in picturesque Nafplion, an ancient seaport town in the Peloponnese. Enjoy an independent dinner on your own before tomorrow s flight to Crete. 6 September 25, 2019 After a previous busy day, take the morning to enjoy the Hotel Amirandes and all of its great amenities. The resort boasts its own private Aegean beach, a fine spa, and one of the largest swimming pool complexes in Europe. In the early afternoon, after time for an independent lunch, join a Greek wine specialist for a private wine seminar and tasting in the hotel. Leave in the late afternoon for a magical dinner at a luxurious converted farm outside the village of Stironas, where a lavish meal will be completed by a performance by local musicians. A guided tour is offered of the Akrotiri ruins and to the Prehistoric Museum to learn more about the ancient (1700BC!) cultures that thrived in Santorini and the catastrophic volcanic explosion that created the beautiful island of today. The delightful courtyards and gardens of the museum make a perfect spot for a special farewell dinner featuring the best of Greek cuisine. Spend your last night in the Sofitel Hotel conveniently connected to the Athens airport, allowing for easy departures. Continue with Optional Tour Extension September 29, 2019 Fly from Athens to Dubrovnik, where our guide awaits us and assists with our transfer to our seafront hotel. Check into the 5-star Hotel Villa Dubrovnik, located near downtown Dubrovnik and an easy 15-minute walk to the fortified old city. All guests will enjoy luxury rooms with a balcony and full sea view. In the early afternoon, follow our guide for a two-hour private walking tour of Old Town Dubrovnik, exploring and learning about sites ranging from the Rector s Palace to the Franciscan Monastery. Enjoy the rest of the afternoon at leisure to shop or walk around downtown Dubrovnik. Gather for a welcome dinner at a renowned seafood restaurant known as one of finest places for fish along the Dalmatian Coast. Take a boat ride to and explore the museum of Our Lady of the Rocks. Continue to the picture-postcard town of Kotor and have lunch at an upscale restaurant overlooking the scenic bay and Kotor Old Town, a UNESCO Heritage site and a preserved urbanization typical of the Middle Ages. 8 Tour Extension Sept. 29-Oct. 4, 2019 October 1, 2019 Leave the hotel in the morning for Peljesac, a peninsula boasting a long maritime and winegrowing tradition and known for its excellent and famous wines. Enjoy two private wine tastings in two different private wineries on the peninsula. Enjoy a traditional Croatian lunch followed by a guided tour of an old Olive mill in the village of Orasac. Just outside Dubrovnik, stop by the Trsteno Arboretum with its beautiful settings used to film Game of Thrones and its impressive and rare 500-year-old oriental plane trees. Go back to the hotel after our pleasant day out with free time to rest or shop and dine in nearby Old Town Dubrovnik. 13 Terms and Conditions / General Information INTERNATIONAL AIRFARE AND VISAS Due to personal preferences, international airfare from the United States to and returning from either or Croatia is the responsibility of the individual travelers. Travelers wishing to participate only in included tour activities (with no extra pre- or post-tour nights) should arrange to arrive at Athens International Airport on the morning/early afternoon of September 20, 2019, and depart from Athens International Airport (ATH) on September 29, Travelers arriving early for the pre-tour options should arrange to arrive at Athens International Airport (ATH) on September 19, Travelers staying for the optional Croatia/Montenegro extension should arrange to depart Dubrovnik International Airport (DBV) on October 3, Robin Sanders at Sanders Travel in Fort Worth has researched available flights and itineraries and can assist with airline arrangements. Please call Robin at or her colleague Ashley Knudson at for more information. A tourist visa is not required for American citizen travel to, Croatia or Montenegro. Please note: Passports must be valid for at least six months past dates of travel. PAYMENT TERMS An initial deposit of $2,500 per participant is required to confirm registration to the tour, payable by credit card (Visa or MasterCard only) or by check payable to International Seminar Design, Inc. Final balance payment will be due June 11, 2019 and must be paid by check only, payable to International Seminar Design, Inc. If final payments are received more than 14 days after due date, a 5% late fee will be applied to overdue balances. INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION TERMS All cancellations must be received in writing by International Seminar Design, Inc. either directly from the traveler or via the Kimbell Art Museum. Any individual cancellation by June 11, 2019, will result in the deduction of a $1,000 administrative fee from any refund. Individual cancellations received between June 12, 2019 and August 5, 2019 will result in the deduction of $6,350 from any refund. Cancellations on or after August 6, 2019 will result in no refund whatsoever. Partial refunds are not available for individual visits or meals. Once the tour has commenced, it is not possible to receive any refund of payment. Tour registrations are 100% nontransferable. ISDI will make tour-cancellation insurance easily available to all registrants. 12

14 RESPONSIBILITY International Seminar Design, Inc. ( ISDI ) acts as the agent for the suppliers of services (including, but not limited to, air and ground transportation, meals, and lodging) provided in conjunction with the tour. ISDI is not liable for the negligent acts, omissions, defaults, or failure to perform of such suppliers. The Participant releases ISDI and the Kimbell Art Museum from any and all liability resulting from acts or omissions of the suppliers of services, including, but not limited to, loss, damage, delay or injury, or damage to Participant (including death) or Participant s personal property. Nor do ISDI and the Kimbell Art Museum accept responsibility for losses or delays arising from sickness, quarantine, government restraints, war, acts of terrorism, weather conditions, earthquakes, or acts of God. In no event shall ISDI nor the Kimbell Art Museum s liability exceed the amount received by ISDI from Participant. ISDI has no special knowledge of problems or hazards regarding health or safety in the destinations visited by Participant. Participant agrees to assume full responsibility for his/ her safety during this tour and is advised that some destinations visited may involve risks of political instability, terrorism, social unrest, disease, and climatic extremes, as well as geographical and atmospheric extremes such as altitude and/or pollution, earthquakes, etc. Participant assumes all risks of damage or injury in connection with such risks and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ISDI and the Kimbell Art Museum against any and all claims arising from Participant s travel to such destinations. For additional information regarding hazards in specific destinations, Participant may consult the U.S. State Department and the Center for Disease Control. Dates, schedules, program details, and costs stated by ISDI s itinerary and brochure are given on good faith and based on information available at the time of publication of the brochure and are subject to change and revision at any time by ISDI. ISDI does not guarantee the rates of any suppliers and reserves the right to substitute alternate suppliers if deemed necessary by ISDI. ISDI and the Kimbell Art Museum reserve the right to change Participant s itinerary if, in ISDI s sole discretion, such change is advisable to protect Participant s safety. No refund shall be due from ISDI nor the Kimbell Art Museum in conjunction with changes in rates or itineraries, substitution of suppliers, or Participant s decision not to complete a tour itinerary. ISDI and the Kimbell Art Museum reserve the right to refuse to accept any Participant, cancel any tour at any time, or request a Participant to withdraw from a tour if, in ISDI s sole discretion, such refusal, cancellation, and/or withdrawal are in the best interest of Participant or other tour Participants. Participants are encouraged not to purchase airline tickets until after receiving a letter stating that they are confirmed on the tour, and neither ISDI nor the Kimbell Art Museum accepts liability for any airline cancellation penalty incurred by the purchase of a nonrefundable domestic ticket to the tour departure cities and return. Baggage and personal effects are the sole responsibility of the owners at all times. NOTE: A separate waiver/disclaimer for the Kimbell Art Museum/Kimbell Art Foundation will be submitted to each traveler and must be signed prior to tour commencement. 13
