The staff, the accommodations and the food are all fantastic. They have four specialty restaurants and each is a fine dining experience. 3 AIR SCHEDULE: Air Schedules are booked and processed by Oceania Cruise Lines and will be provided in final documents. If you choose to do your own air, the air credit is $800 per person. Please see information below regarding Air and hotel packages. Group will not necessarily travel on the same flight. OCL will handle all airline schedule. If you wish to travel from another city, please call our office for information. OCL offers wonderful pre/post hotel stays, and Sharon Carr Travel highly recommends going in at least one day early to avoid possible airline, weather or mechanical delays. However, to get the full experience of Athens and/or Venice; two to three days early or later is best. It is important to note that OCL provides air information approximately days prior to departure; thus seat selection inventory is at a premium. There are several options. If you purchase an OCL pre or post stay we can sometimes get the air itinerary sooner and book your seats. Or, if you request an Air Deviation, you can not only request a different outbound and/or return date, but also a certain carrier. OCL s cost is $175 per person for each deviation. Or, you can take a credit of $800 per person and either book airline mileage tickets or we can help you with air reservations. Keep in mind that you would have to purchase the tickets within 24 hours after the reservations are made and once issued, the tickets are totally non-refundable for any reason.
