They include a conference package, plenary sessions, workshops and poster presentations, welcoming reception on Sunday, midday lunches, coffee breaks and a banquet on Wednesday. Guests registration includes welcoming reception, banquet, and coffee breaks. Registration fee for sponsors include one person registration for the conference and the Sponsors logo at the conference proceedings. Registration fee for official sponsors/exhibitors include one person registration for the conference, a bench for exhibiting promotional materials and the sponsor s logo at the conference proceedings, program and website. Selected submission publication The submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and the authors will be notified by March 15 of the outcome of the evaluation. The manuscripts that will be selected as oral or poster presentations will be published in hard copy at the conference proceedings (abstracts). Full papers will be published in book format e-proceedings with a separate ISBN number. Details for the full paper preparation will be given to authors after notification of paper acceptance. The organizing committee is in contact with international scientific journals and selected articles from the conference proceedings will be published in special issues after they are reviewed. The conference participants will be informed regarding these issues via . Authors interested in having their paper published in the special issues of international journals can submit their manuscript at the conference, or within two months afterwards. The format should follow the instructions to authors for the respective journals, while all submitted manuscripts will be subject to peer review 6

7 through the normal refereeing process and, if accepted, they will be published in the journal. Location and conference venue The conference will be organized at the facilities of Royal Mykonian Hotel & Thalasso Spa, in Mykonos Island, Greece. The Hotel is located in the slope of a small hill overlooking the beautiful Elia beach. It has great facilities and a stunning view. A limited number of rooms will be available to the participants at low prices. The organizing committee will be most eager to answer any questions of the participants regarding travelling to Mykonos.
