6 - AIR CORSICA ORGANISES YOUR STAY - APPeBIKE Corsica by bike What about an eco-friendly experience? Air Corsica is now associated with the no.1 network of 100% mobile self-service electric bikes. As of 30 March 2017, a dedicated application indicates the 20 pick-up spots located in Corsica, installed in hotels and campsites on the seaside. A true service of proximity, this new type of mobility makes it possible to discover Corsica in total freedom in the healthiest and most ecological way. An excellent way to preserve the Island s eco-system. The application allows you to geo-locate the electric bicycles available in Corsica, to reserve them, pay the rental and then unlock the bike using your smartphone. With complete information about 50 tourist circuits in Corsica, the APPeBIKE application is the new pocket guide to discover Corsica by bike, proposing routes as well as centres of interest to explore. 7 AIR CORSICA, THE ISLAND S LEADING AIRLINE Created in January 1989 by the Corsican Regional Authority, the airline has enabled the improvement in public service connections to the Island as well as the development of tourism. A network of 33 routes in 2017 between Corsica and the European mainland. 12 public service connections, of which 4 from/to Nice, which constitute the backbone of the network. Nice, after Orly and Marseille, constitutes the third airport stopover in terms of numbers of passengers carried. Over the last 5 years the airline has developed a network of supplementary seasonal or annual routes, the most recent of these being connections to Roissy, Brussels Sud Charleroi and Bordeaux. Our main commercial partners are HOP! and Air France, in particular on the joint services operated to Paris and Marseille and in extension to the Corsican fl ights to Nice. First air carrier of the Island, we account for 51% of the market share.

8 - INFORMATION - OWNERSHIP & GOVERNANCE Air Corsica is a Limited Semi Public Company of a capital of 15 million euros mostly held by the devolved Corsica Regional Authority. The Governance is made up of two entities: A Supervisory Council responsible for defi ning the main strategic direction of the company and to check the proper implementation of these guidelines by the Management Board. The Council is presided by an elected member of the Corsican Regional Authority representing the main shareholder: Mr. Jean Bianucci was unanimously elected by the members of the Supervisory Council on 9th March The Supervisory Council is made up of eighteen members: n Eleven territorial councilors from the Corsican Regional Authority, n Three representatives of the Air France Group, n A representative of the Chamber of Commerce of South Corsica, n A representative of the Chamber of Commerce of Upper Corsica, n A representative of the French Deposits and Consignments Fund, n A representative of the Corsican Development Fund (CADEC) A Management Board comprising two professionals of the air transport sector is in charge of the day to day running of the company. The board members are Mr. Philippe Dandrieux (Chairman) and Mr. Hervé Perret. Two of these planes were bought new and are the property of the company while the other three are rented. Our A 320 Airbus fl eet is currently one of the most modern in Europe.The aircraft are also equipped with green engines, that is an CFM high-bypass turbo-fan which, thanks to this new technology, reduce appreciably nitrogen dioxide emissions into the atmosphere as well as noise pollution and fuel consumption. 6 ATR Capacity > 70 seats Cruising altitude > m Length > 27,16 m Cruising speed > 510 km/h Range > 700 km Width > 27,05 m These aircraft are equipped with the new generation turboprop engine and are assigned to short connections such as Corsica-Nice as well as the routes between Calvi and Figari-Marseille and Corsica-Lyon.

11 A STRONG IDENTITY Coming aboard an Air Corsica plane is just like taking a first breath of that fragrant Corsican maquis, even before you set foot on the «Island of Beauty»! True ambassador of Corsica, the company cultivates its singularity with its logo of course, but not only. In order to enhance the heritage of the island and highlight its natural resources, all of the aircraft are named after emblematic places of the island : «Golfu Di Portu», «A Scala di Santa Regina», «E Calanche Di Piana», «I Sanguinari» and «U Capi Corsu». Air Corsica makes the Corsican language live and travel: it is present in the daily life communication of the airline for the benefit of both our employees and our passengers. Our airline offers refreshments on all our flights composed of Corsican mineral waters and dry biscuits produced on the Island of Beauty. St Georges mineral water is drawn from the spring and bottled on site at St Georges mountain pass, near to Ajaccio. The mineral water Zilia is drawn and bottled in the village of the same name. Just as the sparkling water of Orezza, produced in the village where its ferruginous spring has been quenching the thirst of the local inhabitants over the past centuries. The dry biscuits called canistrelli are made by the traditional producers of the region. 11/13
