Note: Flight Time is also defined as block to block or chock to chock, also known as "flight time". means a place designated by the operator to the crew, Or a series of duty periods. means the use of industry codes developed by industry to comply with the aviation safety requirements of the International Civil Aviation Organization's (ICAO) International Standards and Recommendations Guidance for specific areas. means an aircraft with a maximum authorized take-off weight of 5,700 kilograms (12,500 pounds) or more. are the conditions specified by AOC and the operational regulations Conditions, and restrictions associated with the use of the Software. means a person, group or company engaged in or operating an aircraft. means a pilot designated by the aircraft operator who is responsible for the operation and safety of the aircraft during flight. refers to the non-mission crew moving from one place to another as a passenger status under the direction of the operator. Note: Positioning defined here is synonymous with Deadheading. refers to the time at which the operator appears for his / her duty. is the flight crew or cabin crew after the working and / or before It refers to a continuous and limited time deviating from all work. means the time list provided by the operator if the crew is required to perform the mission. Note. The Roster defined here has the same meaning as Schedule, Line of time, Pattern, and Rotation. refers to a systematic approach to safety management, including policies, procedures, responsibilities, and organizational structure required. means the activities for the purpose of promoting safety and the integrated law for this purpose Series of flights means a series of flights as follows: flight is started and terminated within 24:00. Standby Suitable accommodation Unforeseen operational circumstance refers to the period of time during which a crew may be assigned certain duties without interruption in accordance with the operator's request. refers to a bedroom with the necessary facilities for a proper rest. is an unexpected event such as weather, equipment failure or air traffic delay that the operator cannot control. 5 8.4.9 Fatigue Management Applicability This section applies to the flight, flight and rest periods of flight crew, cabin crew, and flight attendant engaged in the operation of the air transportation business Compliance with Scheduling Requirements (a) The Minister of Land, Transport and Tourism shall be deemed to comply with the prescribed flight time limit criteria, even if exceeding the flight time limit specified in the following cases: 1) The flight is scheduled to be terminated normally within the specified time limit, 2) After arriving at the destination airport within the scheduled time specified in subparagraph 1) after the departure of the aircraft due to circumstances beyond the control of the owner of the certificate (such as a malfunction, malfunction, air traffic control, natural disaster, emergency, emergency) When it becomes impossible. However, the rest time provided pursuant to Article 54 of the Labor Standards Act shall not be included in the working hours. 3) The flight crew shall not be required to operate the aircraft during the specified rest period. 4) Ensure that the flight crew, cabin crew, and flight attendant have sufficient rest before the scheduled flight hours. 5) The flight crew, cabin crew, and flight attendant shall be given 24:00 consecutive of rest during 7 consecutive calendar days. (b) the flight crew, cabin crew and flight managers shall observe the following: 1) A crew member who does not have the minimum rest time according to the flight work prescribed in Annex shall not engage in flight work for the air transportation business. 2) Not accept flight work provided by the certificate holder during the prescribed rest period. 3) Flight crew, cabin crew, and flight attendants should take at least 8:00 of rest immediately before scheduled flight hours. 4) The crew should rest long enough for the rest period given before flight work. (c) The holder of the Flight Certificate may shorten the flight attendant's rest time as specified in the Schedule. In this case, the next rest period of the crew shall be extended. Note 1. The time required for ground transportation by crew at the request of the holder of the Flight Certificate for flight or for flight to an area other than the one after flight is not considered to be the minimum rest period specified in Table Note 2. The time spent by the crew at the airport or on the aircraft from the aircraft on the name of the owner of the Flight Certificate shall not be regarded as the minimum rest period specified in Table Page 5

6 Maximum Number of Flight Time Hours (a) In the event that the total crew hours of the flight crew and cabin crew exceed the time limit set out in Schedule , the owner of the Flight Certificate shall not assign to the crew member(s) and the flight crew and cabin crew shall not accept the assignments. (b) Mission As flight crew, all time spent on the aircraft during flight is considered to be the flight time regardless of the rest or mission. (c) If the Flight Crew has been scheduled to commit more than 12:00 consecutive within any 24:00 period, a suitable resting facility shall be provided for the aircraft Special Flight Duty Schemes The aeronautical authorities may authorize special flight duty schemes for the owner of the flight certificate Page 6

Note 2: Flight Time "when an unforeseen operational circumstance occurs from the time the flight attendant appears at the place designated by the operator. And Flight Duty Periods for 2:00. Delay of passengers complex, rooms delayed arrival of the consignment or passenger baggage and cargo, including service items, mail delays, etc. are not included. Note 3. A flight must have a resting facility for more than 12:00 consecutive in any 24:00 period. The air carrier and aircraft operator shall grant the ground clearance specified in the table above according to the flight hours after the flight crew has finished the flight and after the rest on the ground. Note 2. Airline carriers and aircraft operators shall ensure that flight crews can take more than 24 consecutive hours of rest in consecutive 7 days. Note 3. However, if the flight is outside the regular airport, a minimum of 8:00 of rest can be provided for one flight, and 1.5 times the rest of the flight must be added at the next rest period. Note 4. Airline carriers and aircraft carriers shall take at least 8:00 consecutive of rest at the time of departure as provided for in the Flight Regulations if the Flight Crew appears for flight missions and the Flight Crew shall also comply. (e) The flight attendant's flight duty time and ground rest period criteria are as follows. Air carriers should ensure that cabin crews can take more than 24:00 consecutive of rest in consecutive 7 calendar days. Note 2. If a minimum ground rest time is not granted due to maintenance, natural disaster, or bad weather, it shall be deemed that the prescribed minimum ground rest time is given.
