3 2014 Tuscany Porsche Fest Wednesday, September 24th to Thursday, October 9th, 2014 We started in Stuttgart, Germany, continued to Telfs (Innsbruck), Austria and then on to Casali di Bibbiano right outside of Buonconvento in the heart of Tuscany experiencing THE most scenic parts of Europe. Walking the Koenigsstrasse to the Schlossplatz and then visiting the Markthalle is a great way to spend a morning. In addition, we visited the Mercedes Museum and then, of course, the PORSCHE Museum and Factory. Some folks enjoyed a visit to Techart or Castle Ludwigsburg. The accommodations at the Interalpen Hotel in Innsbruck are second to none; From there we also navigated the legendary Silvretta Hochalpenstrasse - a challenging mountain road to Lindau on Lake Constance. The cogwheel steam train and boat across Achensee were fun. In Tuscany, Italy - the romantic Casali di Bibbiano felt like home with beautiful sunsets viewed from the terrace. We visited Florence, Siena, Montalcino, Pienza and Ha. a tour of the Abbey Beneditta Olivetana. The cooking class and wine tasting were special. On our way back to Stuttgart, we spend a night at the Castle Hotel Schloss lgls. Returning to Stuttgart, some of us traversed the Hahntennjoch while others stopped at the base of Neuschwanstein Castle. Of course, there is no way to describe the Cannstatter Volksfest - the Oktoberfest in Stuttgart - where 5,000 Germans are dancing on tables singing Take me home country road. We fondly remember the most beautiful mountain roads in Austrian with amazing views; the romance of Tuscany with its vineyards and sunflower fields; and walking on two thousand years old Roman roads. We ll miss listening to Italian opera, smell the sweetest air in the Tuscany sunset with a glass of red wine... Whenever you think of your Tuscany trip, you cannot stop smiling...

6 Welcome to Stuttgart Thursday, Sept. 25th, Stuttgart, Germany. Dinner: we depart the hotel for the short walk to the Ratskeller in City Hall. The night was also special because three of our fall trips were converging. We were joined by the folks returning from the French Rivera and the 5-Country Trip. Peter s surprise entertainment - the Stuttgarter Hymnus Boys Choir was amazing.

21 Dinner at Castle Beilstein We had Champagne cocktails on the castle walls overlooking the vineyards and enjoyed the sunset. Our fantastic dinner at Castle Beilstein was accompanied by local medieval folk musicians.

29 Sunday, Sept. 28th, 2014 Innsbruck, Austria After breakfast at the Graf Zeppelin, we were heading to Austria. Lunch was reserved at the Schlossanger Alb in Pfronten, Bavaria.

42 Monday, Sept. 29th, Aachensee - Telfs We drove to Jenbach. We board Achenseebahn steam powered cog wheel train to Seespitz where we boarded a paddlewheel steamship to cross the lake to Pertisau. Lunch was reserved at the Strandhotel Entner.

50 Tuesday, Sept. 30th, Lindau, Lake Constance We departed for Lindau, Germany via the most spectacular mountain road in Europe - the legendary Silvretta Hochalpenstrasse. Lunch was reserved on shores of Lake Constance.

60 Wednesday, Oct.1st, Tuscany After breakfast at the Interalpen Hotel, we started on the Autostrada towards Modena, Florence, on to Siena and then to the village of Bunonconvento and up the hill to our estate: Casali di Bibbiano.

93 Tuesday, Oct.7th, Innsbruck We departed from Casali di Bibiano and drove north to Innsbruck, Austria. We were the exclusive residents at the Castle Schlosshotel Lgls.
