CUSTOMERS FEEDBACK 2018 The Spring Ultimate PORSCHE Fest Not only are my expectations met but they were exceeded from the glowing reports that we have given friends and family about the trip. We loved the hotels, especially Lake Como. The balance between country and Autobahn driving was great. The factory tour and the locations that were selected showed me that a lot of thought has gone into the program. Also, you made arrangements for the other things I wanted to do when I was in Europe. Peter, you and your staff did make my trip a trip of a lifetime! Your knowledge of Germany was why I chose to do the tour with Fast Lane Travel, Inc. I can now successfully take this off of my bucket list. 2 2018 Florida Powerboat Club This was the Florida Powerboat Club s 3 rd Annual PORSCHE tour and Europe Poker Run. This year they journeyed to the French Riviera. The group drove all new model PORSCHES from the black forest, Germany to the French Riviera in St. Tropez and Monaco, they stayed in a French castle and one night in Geneva, Switzerland! In 2019 we are arranging for them to stay in beautiful Tuscany in our private estate! This was our first trip on a Fast Lane Travel, Inc. PORSCHE tour and the trip exceeded our expectations! We decided to choose Fast Lane Travel, Inc. because of all the great destinations that they offered and the top-notch accommodations to go with it. We would not change a thing! 3 2018 Twelve Alpine Passes PORSCHE Fest Our expectations were met, and the PORSCHES were excellent! We signed up for a Fast Lane Travel, Inc. trip because these tours are guided. Our guide, Thomas Hoeferlin was excellent. Scott & Sheree York, Celina, OH We were hoping for some challenging daily driving. Our guide Thomas was fantastic! 4 2018 Austria, Italy & the Dolomite Alps PORSCHE Fest I knew that the trip was a must. Everything about the trip exceeded my/our expectations. The driving, dining, rooming, mingling, driving. the driving. It all made my first journey overseas terrific. We decided to take this tour over the 12 Alpine Passes trip they offered. After having several phone conversations with Thomas, it was an easy decision. The trip was well beyond my expectations. Great people, good accommodations and driving. We were interested in purchasing a new PORSCHE with European pick-up. PORSCHE road trips have always been appealing to us. This was a PORSCHE road trip on STEROIDS!! We under expected and you overwhelmed us. We were hoping that your tour would be very organized and very hands-on, and it was. Overall the trip was truly excellent. Thomas was the best tour guide that we have ever encountered. He anticipated every problem or situation before it arose or took care of it on the spot. Very valuable employee. The other couples we met were all of excellent character. We were all true friends by the end of the trip. Margaret and I have sailed all over the world and that is what we like to do. Now we want to drive PORSCHE S all over the world. Fast Lane has infected our lives with the exciting and luxurious reality of road trips in Europe. It was just fantastic! We will be back! 5 My first Fast Lane Travel, Inc. experience was the (13) Alpine Passes tour. This exceeded my expectations in every imaginable way. As a result, we began discussing the possibility of another Fast-Lane Adventure with the new friends we made during the 2017 trip, in anticipation of another trip in Much credit goes to Don and Mary Alldian for their wonderful and enthusiastic celebration of the Fast Lane Experience, and also to Thomas for keeping everyone safe, focused, and coordinated. My expectations for this trip were met. My goals and expectations for the trip included; 1. Spending quality time and having an amazing experience with family and friends. 2. Make new friends. 3. Get better acquainted with Tirol and the Dolomites. 4. Be surprised by the beauty of the Alps and the numerous Alpine Villages. 5. Refine my driving skills. 6. Explore and get better acquainted with Stuttgart. 7. Practice German and Italian. 8. Hike. 9. Relax! I was able to do all of this and more on my trip! Thanks for a great experience Peter! It was because of the unique combo of venues and the car that encouraged our decision to go on a Fast Lane Travel Trip. It was our first tour and we were most pleased with the personalized service. The accommodations were top notch all the way. We d like to thank all of you for a great job! Overall, we had a great experience on this trip. In the end this will turn out quite costly. My wife now wants a place in Tuscany and I want a GTS! 6 We originally saw your ad in the Excellence magazine and then we went on the 2016 Treffen Plus. This trip was just as wonderful! It was a chance of a lifetime and now I can cross it off of my bucket list! We met more fun people on this trip and now we are talking to 2 couples often at home. We are actually planning a wine tasting for 8 of us! YAY! The scenery & wine tasting was a big reason for why we chose this tour. We wanted to try some of the great wine in Tuscany. I had always wanted to see Tuscany. I fell in love with all of the charming towns. I could move there! We would love to stay at the Interalpen longer. It s too pretty not to enjoy and explore it more. It was breathtaking! We also loved the beauty of Casali di Bibbiano & the friendly owner Alberto. Johny was also great. He was funny and sweet. 7 2018 Fall PORSCHE Treffen We are long time PCA Members and we were lucky to have won the trip at the PORSCHE Parade! Thank you for that opportunity! All of our expectations were met on this trip. All of our expectations were met as this was an exciting trip to celebrate my birthday with my brother. The deciding factor to join the Treffen was the time and the cost. I was excited to go see the PORSCHE Factory tour as this was a big reason why I went on the tour. Fast Lane Travel s great reputation was another reason why I chose your tours. Bill Rink, Naperville, IL 2018 FALL PORSCHE TREFFEN PLUS I have been involved with PCA since 1976 when I bought my first PORSCHE. Your ads have always fascinated me, and an original European Treffen has been on my bucket list for a long time. I reached the age where doing bucket list trips became important. My expectations were greatly exceeded. We loved the adventure, the driving experience, the first class lodging & dining, and the quality of the other participants. We were crazy about Peter. My conversation with him during August of 2017 was the reason we decided to take a trip. We intend to do another Treffen in 2019 if we can make the details work. For a first time experience, it was the perfect trip! Everything about this trip was over the top awesome! What a wonderful experience! The driving experience and touring Germany, Switzerland, Italy, and Austria was why we took this trip. Our expectations were more than met. This trip was above and beyond our greatest expectation. I have been a Porsche owner and PCA member for most of the years since 1976, and was a Driver s Ed instructor. But nothing in my past was so exciting as driving nine Alpine Passes and reaching 165 mph on the Autobahn. Our accommodations and meals were all absolutely first class, and our host and leader, Peter Sontag, was fabulous. We have already signed up for the 2019 Best Alpine Lakes and Mountains Porsche Fest. We chose a FLT tour because we wanted to see Germany again and we love to drive. The timing was also great for us. We were looking for a bucket list trip and this seemed to meet the bill. 9 We first saw your ad in the Panorama Magazine. We were on your Cuba tour last year. Our expectations were met. Volker and Tillman were exceptional guides. Very, very good. We liked the level of hotels, the luggage truck, PCA affiliation and your good reputation. We wanted to go 150mph and travel through some mountain passes. We were able to do both! We loved our trip! We would like to do it again with some more mountain passes. Don t want to do the 5 one, too hard core for the motion sick wife. First time I have heard my husband say he still wishes he was on vacation! This is in 22 years!! We loved Volker and Tillman. Great leaders. We really wanted to learn about the culture, the people, the food, and of course a chance to drive on the world famous Autobahn. The itinerary looked quite interesting and well laid out, offering drives and luxury accommodations to beautiful places that we had not been to before (except Lake Como). The deciding factor in choosing this tour was we wanted to be able to experience the thrill and excitement of driving and PORSCHE 911 on the Autobahn with a group of people and being able to experience that with them. 10 2018 French Castles & Wine PORSCHE Fest We found out about your trip from my job as a Travel Agent and also as members of the PORSCHE Club of America. Another deciding factor was we met Peter at a PORSCHE Function and he told us a great deal about the trips. We were expecting great cars, great folks to travel with, luxury hotels, lots of wine! Also a tour of the PORSCHE Factory. The expectations were met. The main deciding factor was this was a 70 th Birthday present for my husband and his love of PORSCHE. After my wife passed away in Dec I decided this would be a good 1 st event to get back to traveling. Expectations were met. Hotels and dinners were perfect. The biggest reason why I decided to take your tour was to become a member of the 150 mph club! Nicolas was great! I have a great love for the French and so it was great having him as our guide. I would love to have another trip in France with him. Hopefully I can find a companion to accompany me. Great group we travelled with. Top notch service attracts the right people. 11 First off, we would like to say how satisfied we were with our second Fast Lane Travel Tour. It met all of our expectations. It left us with the desire to do another tour, but some tweaking would be required for a 3 rd time. We have to give huge credit to Nicolas for seeing that we all had a wonderful time. He was just like one of the gang. His desire to see that we all had an amazing vacation was very sincere and from the heart. We felt lucky to have such a well-oiled, cohesive group. A couple of highlights we would like to further point out. Lunch at Christophorus was fantastic. Not only was the meal 5 star but to be in PORSCHE s elite restaurant was quite special. I highly suggest trying to keep that in your package. Our PORSCHE drive to the Burgundy area was a 10. We heard that originally it was planned as a motor coach tour. We were all so glad that the decision was made to make it a driving day instead. Our tour guide Youri could not have been better. He was a professional, animated, informative, and just fun to be with. He made us feel his passion for the region. Our private tour at the Boisset was personal, informative and special. An indicator of how much we all enjoyed it was that we all had wine shipped home. Both experiences in the champagne region were fantastic also. Our tour and afternoon meal at Clicquot was fun and our guide was a wealth of information. We walked away with such a knowledge of champagne history. The tour and 5-star meal at Moet Chandon were just that, 5 stars! We all felt very special to have had that personal attention and private dining experience. The lodging choices were all fantastic. I believe that the Abbaye de la Bussiere may have been the favorite of the group. It didn t have a view, but the grounds were so serene and beautiful. I loved the Chateau de Courcelles and the small surrounding village. It truly felt like we were transported somewhere back in time. Chateau de Isenbourg was a fabulous location with beautiful grounds and I got to help with the wine harvest. We certainly hope to do another tour with you. We certainly understand the convenience for you to utilize these interesting venues in Stuttgart. Being that this is a PORSCHE enthusiast tour we understand the need for others to see the PORSCHE factory. Our entire group discussed the idea of traveling together again on a Fast Lane Travel Inc. 12 2018 Coming Home with Peter to Austria Peter s trips are always well planned and all arrangements are 5- Star! I can t imagine anyone who knows and imparts more history of Europe than Peter. As always, not only were all expectations met but my personal expectations were exceeded. A Fast Lane trip is just about the best money spent for a 5-star experience. We will schedule more trips for sure. I have done 3 trips with Fast Lane and everyone was a 5-Star experience and fun. Having Police escorts through villages is over the top! Fast Lane Travel is the best! John & Phyllis Lindsey, Olympia, WA (3 rd Fast Lane Trip) Peter, I got an from you on this trip a big thank you for the invite. When I learned where you were going and the purpose of this trip I knew I had to go. The fact that my oldest son could go with me for my 80 th birthday (11 th December) was just icing on the cake. We got some good bonding time and Kevin got to see your mastery of travel/trips and your unique character which he enjoyed (just as I do). Overall the trip exceeded my every expectation and really was the best trip yet! First the Porsches 2018 Porsche 911 GTS wow what a car and what performance. Second the itinerary and the unique places in Austria we got to see and visit never could have done it on our own. Third the people who were going on this trip and the chance to again see old friends from past trips. Fourth the chance to break 150 mph on the autobahn (which both Kevin and I got to do) and the chance to drive on the twisty mountain roads (as I used to do all the time in CA) both Kevin and I enjoyed this activity the most. Finally, the chance to visit the Red Bull F1 track at Spielberg, Austria. Driving on this track in a high performance Porsche Cayman GT4 what an experience! You simply design and deliver an outstanding PORSLCHE FEST underscored by the exceptional performance of all the FAST LANE folks - both in the US and in Europe. It is a real pleasure to travel with you and your team. You have provided many unique and pleasurable experiences for us that we could never have experienced on our own.
