When we travel south, north, east or west we can pick up along the way. These special pick-ups must be requested in advance. Vehicles are left at your own risk at any of our departure locations. PAYMENT: Payment is due at the time you make your reservation. We will hold space for two weeks without payment. Checks, money orders, MasterCard and Visa are accepted. Reservation is not confirmed until payment is received. Receipts and invoices are not issued. There may be an additional charge for reservations received after reservation/payment deadlines. Checks returned for non-sufficient funds subject to $25 service charge. Refunds will not be issued for checks written incorrectly (in excess of the amount due). You will receive a credit on your account. CANCELLATIONS: All reservations subject to a $15 per person per tour cancellation fee, including when transferring payment to a new reservation.
