Terms and Conditions Contract Valid: The contract must be signed two weeks from submission date Airport Transportation: Arrival and Departure times required two weeks prior to arrival, transportation will have a sign with guests name written clearly upon arrival. Check In and Check out: Check- In time is 3:00pm. While every effort is made to accommodate guests arriving before the check-in time, rooms may not be available.

4 Checkout time is 11:00am. Requests to retail room beyond that hour should be directed to the coordinator prior.
