2 Dear Friends, In 2006, I founded Margetis Maritime Consulting in a small office in the heart of Piraeus with the aim of providing specialised ( Boutique ) services focussed on Marine Technical Insurance matters. By 2014, myself and my valuable colleagues and associates have achieved in leading this small firm to evolve and become a Firm with global impact and diversified expertise. In effect, the single surveyor firm in 2006 has now evolved in achieving: Cranes by Mina Papatheodorou - Valyrakis, (personal collection of George D. Margetis). In 2008 we had already establish ourselves in an leading service provider of London based H&M and P&I Clubs, having three (3) surveyors In 2010 we opened our first overseas office in Istanbul. In 2013 we introduced a dedicated Yachting service and established Margetis Maritime Consulting In 2014 we opened our office in The Adriatic Sea, based at the city of Bijela, Montenegro. In 2015 we established the Repair and Shipyard Representation Division. In 2016, on our 10th year Celebration, we have opened an Office in Houston, USA. And we promise, there will be more to come. We have achieved in assembling overall nine (9) technical Consultants and surveyors, expanding our clientele to the leading Maritime Institutions around the world, recognised for our integrity and the Quality of service we provide, within Greece, the Balkans area, Europe, the U.S.A. and the rest of the World. Our Firm is in possession of ISO 9001:2015 Certification (by Lloyd s Quality Assurance Services) and Professional Liability coverage ( Errors & Omissions ) by Lloyd s Syndicate. George is the founder of the company in 2006, having previously served as Senior Surveyor and Technical Consultant since Presently, George handles all shorts of assignments, with particular emphasis on casualty work and claims, attending mostly on behalf of H&M Underwriters and P&I Clubs. He also handles technical merits of disputes, in close cooperation with the most reputable legal Firms, and has testified as an expert witness before Courts and Arbitration hearings. He has extensive experience in handling machinery failure investigations and drafting repair specifications for large scale and complex casualties, such as fires, groundings and collisions. In addition, George carries out Office Management Assessment Audits and Shipyards Risk Assessment Surveys, as well as coordinates the Firm s Condition Surveys. His academic background includes B.Sc. and M.Sc. Degrees in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and M.I.T. in U.S.A. George is a Member of the Hellenic Marine Technical Consultants Association. He is fluent in English and has the working knowledge in French.

4 Piraeus-Istanbul- Adriatic Sea-Houston division division Nikolaos Giannakopoulos Marine Engineer B.Sc. Director Margetis Yachting Consulting Nikos is a foundry member of Margetis Yachting Consulting, bringing to our Company over 30 years of experience and expertise with yachting consulting and surveying. Nikos was the Director of the Yachting division of Hellenic Register of Shipping. Under that capacity, he has coordinated and surveyed 1000s of yachts, including small sailboats to the largest Megayachts, as well as small passenger vessels. He has attended the new building construction of Megayachts in various European yards, including Benetti, Mondo Marine, Oceanco and other, assessing Specifications and Contracts. He has a wealth of experience with registration and classification of yachts and issuance of seaworthiness Certificates. As a Director of Margetis Yachting Consulting, he will be involved in coordination of all yachting cases and head of the Survey team, as well as will be involved in assessing new building contracts and specifications. Prokopis N. Pyrris Naval Architect B.Sc. Director Shiprepair Division Margetis Maritime Consulting S.A. Prokopis is the Director of our newly established Shiprepair Division, bringing to our Company over 14 years of experience in this sector. Prokopis has served all these years to the major Shiprepair Houses in the Greek Market and has booked/fixed a large number of Shiprepairs and drydockings to all the major shipyards worldwide. As a Director of the Shiprepair Division, will be involved with the day to day operation of the Division, by means of visiting Companies, following up running projects, negotiating with Yards/Owners and coordinating the operation of our Turkish office and its involvement with the Turkish Market in the Shiprepair Sector. Prokopis holds Naval Architecture Degree from the Technological Educational Institute (T.E.I.) Athens. He is fluent in Greek, English and has a working knowledge of Italian. Nikos is a graduate of Sunderland Polytechnic in U.K. He is a member of Hellenic Association for Protection of Traditional Crafts and Technical Consultant of the Hellenic Association of Professional Pleasures Yachts. A keen Yachtsman and Skipper, Nikos is fluent in Greek, English and has a working knowledge in French.

5 Piraeus-Istanbul- Adriatic Sea-Houston John Balaouras Senior Surveyor John joined Margetis Maritime Consulting in 2008, just after completing his degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (N.T.U.A.), where he completed a Thesis on Development and use of a consequence model regarding LNG spills from LNG Carriers. He is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece and presently undertakes assignments on behalf of H&M Underwriters and P&I Clubs (including Condition Surveys and he is assisting field work for damage surveys, specialising on drafting Repair Specifications requiring steel renewal calculations). He is certified to use the SHERLOG ultrasonic hatch cover tightness testing equipment, necessary for P&I Condition Surveys. John is fluent in English. Nick Michalakopoulos Staff Surveyor Nick, joined Margetis Maritime Consulting in 2012, shortly after completing his M.Sc. degree in Naval Architecture, obtained at Newcastle University, where he completed a Thesis on Trim optimization of bulk carriers, tankers and container ships Apart from his academic background, Nick has done his summer internships at Bureau Veritas classification society as a trainee surveyor, as well as obtained hands-on experiences at Piraeus based marine workshops. Nick is a keen Sailing skipper, has participated in numerous sailing regattas and a certified diver. Nick is fluent in English and has a working knowledge in German. Antonis Panagiotareas Senior Surveyor Resident Manager Antonis joined the Company from the establishment of our Houston Office in 2016, where he is acting as Resident Manager. Before joining us, Antonis has had a series of diversified work assignments and experience, that spans over a 30 year period. Most notably, Antonis has been Technical Superintendent, Fleet Manager and DPA for a series of Shipping Companies Managing both bulkers and Tankers. In 2004, Antonis first became Technical Manager for a Company operating back then 7 Product and Chemical Tankers, actively involved in the vetting of the vessel by Oil Majors. In addition, he was involved in the newbuilding program (Product Tankers) of the company in South Korea. Between 2007 and 2016, Antonis was the Technical Manager and eventually the General Manager of a Nasdaq listed shipping Firm, operating up to 10 bulk carries at time. In this company he was also involved with the supervision of the new building projects (2 bulk carries in China), as well as being in contact with Brokers, H&M Underwriters and P&I Insurers undertaking the Firm s diversified business. Overall, Antonis has extensive experience on Technical and Managerial aspects of Shipping, including Vetting for Bulkers and Tankers, Condition Surveys and Claims. Antonis has a B.Sc. Maritime Engineering Degree from Texas A&M University in College Station and an MBA from University of Leicester. He is a member the American Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers (SNAME) and is fluent in Greek and English.

6 Piraeus-Istanbul- Adriatic Sea-Houston Sertaç Aydemir Marine Engineer & Naval Architect B.Sc. Senior Surveyor Sertac joined our Firm in Turkey in January 2012 Sertac has a wealth of experience in Maritime Business and the Technical Aspects of Shipping, He started his career as Surveyor for Bureau Veritas, where he spent 11 years, reaching the position of Senior Surveyor. Subsequently he became member of major shipping Companies in Turkey, holding the position of Technical Manager, Designated Person Ashore and Quality Assurance Manager. In addition, Sertac has been involved on a number of New building projects, holding positions in Tuzla based Shipyards (as Technical or Planning Manager) or Shipowners (as Site Manager), and spending a couple of years in a major Chinese Shipyard. Sertac will be acting as Senior Surveyor of Margetis Maritime Consulting in Istanbul, undertaking all sorts of assignments on behalf of H&M Underwriters, P&I Clubs and other Maritime institutions. He is holds a B.SC in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and is fluent in Turkish and English. Fazli çoban Senior Surveyor Fazli is a founding member of our Istanbul Office, the first surveyor to join the Firm in Turkey, and a great asset for our Firm. Prior to joining Margetis Maritime Consulting, Fazli has been employed in various Shipping Companies as a Superintendent, as well as in two (2) major Shipyards in the Tuzla area, as Shiprepair and Project Manager. During his early carrier, Fazli had also been at Sea for 9 years, as an Engineering Officer, on board Bulkcarriers, Ro-Ro vessels and Tankers. His extensive experience with all sorts of repairs, but also his experience at Sea, will be now put in use as he will be acting as Senior Surveyor of Margetis Maritime Consulting in Istanbul, undertaking all sorts of assignments on behalf of H&M Underwriters, P&I Clubs and other Maritime institutions. He is a Graduate of Istanbul Technical University and is fluent in Turkish and English. Petar Zlokovic Senior Surveyor Naval Architect (M.Sc.) Petar is the Resident Senior Surveyor at The Adriatic Sea office, based in Bijela (in an office inside Adriatic Shipyard). Prior to joining Margetis Maritime & Yachting Consulting, Petar had been employed in various Shipping Companies as a Superintendent Engineer, as well as in the local Adriatic Shipyard in Bijela as Naval Architect and Project Manager. During his professional carrier that spans over 18 years, Petar had been involved in projects dealing with bulk carriers, general cargo vessels, cement carriers and Yachts. Of notable importance is his experience with Floating Production Storage and Offloading units (F.P.S.O.) and Off-shore Drill Platforms, having supervised and coordinated major conversions at Adriatic Shipyard. He will be acting as the Head Surveyor of Margetis Maritime Consulting in Adriatic Sea, undertaking all sorts of assignments on behalf of H&M Underwriters, P&I Clubs and other Maritime institutions. He is a Graduate of Belgrade University, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Branch for Naval Architecture and is fluent in Serbian and English.
