2 Dear Friends, In 2006, I founded Margetis Maritime Consulting in a small office in the heart of Piraeus with the aim of providing specialised ( Boutique ) services focussed on Marine Technical Insurance matters. By 2014, myself and my valuable colleagues and associates have achieved in leading this small firm to evolve and become a Firm with global impact and diversified expertise. In effect, the single surveyor firm in 2006 has now evolved in achieving: In 2008 we had already establish ourselves in an leading service provider of London based H&M and P&I Clubs, having three (3) surveyors. In 2013 we introduced a dedicated Yachting service and established Margetis Maritime Consulting. In 2014 we opened our office in The Adriatic Sea, based at the city of Bijela, Montenegro. In 2015 we established the Repair and Shipyard Representation Division. In 2016 on our 10th year Celebration, we have opened an Office in Houston, USA and in Split, Croatia. In 2017 we established the Energy & Offshore Consulting Division, we opened an Office in Shanghai, P. R. China and in Dubai. And we promise, there will be more to come. We have achieved in assembling overall nine (9) technical consultants and surveyors, expanding our clientele to the leading Maritime Institutions around the world, recognised for our integrity and the quality of service we provide, within Greece, the Balkans area, Europe, the U.S.A. and the rest of the World. Margetis Founder and Company Director Montenegro George is the founder of the company in 2006, having previously served as Senior Surveyor and Technical Consultant since Split Offshore 2017 Shanghai 2017 Dubai 2017 And more is yet to come... Presently, George handles all sorts of assignments, with particular emphasis on casualty work and claims, attending mostly on behalf of H&M Underwriters and P&I Clubs. He also handles technical merits of disputes, in close cooperation with the most reputable legal Firms, and has testified as an expert witness before Courts and Arbitration hearings. He has extensive experience in handling machinery failure investigations and drafting repair specifications for large scale and complex casualties, such as fires, groundings and collisions. In addition, George carries out Office Management Assessment Audits and Shipyards Risk Assessment Surveys, as well as coordinates the Firm s Condition Surveys. His academic background includes B.Sc. and M.Sc. Degrees in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and M.I.T. in U.S.A. George is a Member of the Hellenic Marine Technical Consultants Association. He is fluent in English and has the working knowledge in French.

Director Margetis Yachting Consulting Nikos is a foundry member of Margetis Yachting Consulting, bringing to our Company over 30 years of experience and expertise with yachting consulting and surveying. Nikos was the Director of the Yachting division of Hellenic Register of Shipping. Under that capacity, he has coordinated and surveyed 1000s of yachts, including small sailboats to the largest Megayachts, as well as small passenger vessels. He has attended the new building construction of Megayachts in various European yards, including Benetti, Mondo Marine, Oceanco and other, assessing Specifications and Contracts. He has a wealth of experience with registration and classification of yachts and issuance of seaworthiness Certificates. As a Director of Margetis Yachting Consulting, he will be involved in coordination of all yachting cases and head of the Survey team, as well as will be involved in assessing new building contracts and specifications. Prokopis N. Pyrris Naval Architect B.Sc. Director Shiprepair Division Prokopis is the Director of our newly established Shiprepair Division, bringing to our Company over 14 years of experience in this sector. Prokopis has served all these years to the major Shiprepair Houses in the Greek Market and has booked/fixed a large number of Shiprepairs and drydockings to all the major shipyards worldwide. As a Director of the Shiprepair Division, will be involved with the day to day operation of the Division, by means of visiting Companies, following up running projects, negotiating with Yards/Owners and coordinating the operation of our Turkish office and its involvement with the Turkish Market in the Shiprepair Sector. Prokopis holds Naval Architecture Degree from the Technological Educational Institute (T.E.I.) Athens. He is fluent in Greek, English and has a working knowledge of Italian. Nikos is a graduate of Sunderland Polytechnic in U.K. He is a member of Hellenic Association for Protection of Traditional Crafts and Technical Consultant of the Hellenic Association of Professional Pleasures Yachts. A keen Yachtsman and Skipper, Nikos is fluent in Greek, English and has a working knowledge in French.

Senior Surveyor John joined Margetis Maritime Naval Architect (M.Sc.) Surveyor Nick, joined Margetis Maritime Naval Architect & Marine Engineer (M.Eng.) Surveyor Alexandros joined Margetis Maritime Naval Architect & Marine Engineer (c) Surveyor Ioanna joined Margetis Maritime Consulting in 2017 BSc Psychology Quality Manager & Human Resources Consulting in 2008, just after completing his degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (N.T.U.A.), where he completed a Thesis on Development and use of a consequence model regarding LNG spills from LNG Carriers. He is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece and presently undertakes assignments on behalf of H&M Underwriters and P&I Clubs (including Condition Surveys and he is assisting field work for damage surveys, specialising on drafting Repair Specifications requiring steel renewal calculations). He is certified to use the SHERLOG ultrasonic hatch cover tightness testing equipment, necessary for P&I Condition Surveys. John is fluent in English. Consulting in 2012, shortly after completing his M.Sc. degree in Naval Architecture, obtained at Newcastle University, where he completed a Thesis on Trim optimization of bulk carriers, tankers and container ships. Apart from his academic background, Nick has done his summer internships at Bureau Veritas classification society as a trainee surveyor, as well as obtained hands-on experiences at Piraeus based marine workshops. Nick is a keen Sailing skipper, has participated in numerous sailing regattas and a certified diver. Nick is fluent in English and has a working knowledge in German. Consulting in He is a qualified Marine Engineer and Naval Architect, graduating from the National Technical University of Athens (N.T.U.A.), where he completed his Thesis on Experimental Investigation of the wake flow of a bulk-carrier model using a five hole Pitot Tube arrangement, which was later on published in Martech conference (Lisbon, Portugal, 2014). After completion of his academic studies and his internship, he was employed as a Superintendent at the Technical Department of a well-known and established Shipping Company in Kallithea, Greece. During that period numerous visits on board the Company s vessels were carried out and he also participated on site during several Dry-Dockings and repairs. He presently undertakes assignments on behalf of H&M Underwriters, P&I clubs (including condition and damage surveys). Alexandros is fluent in English. and she currently undertakes instructions on behalf of P&I Clubs and H&M Underwriters. She has previous experience in an international marine consultancy firm in London, focusing on technical services to the maritime insurance and legal markets, in Southampton, engaged mainly in defence and small crafts projects and in Singapore working on casualties, P&I and H&M assignments. She has been exposed to both shipping and energy sectors and has developed and enriched engineering consultancy, design and analysis skills, conducting both office and onsite work. Ioanna is also a keen yachtswoman, having participated in numerous sailing competitions in Greece. She holds an MEng degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and an MSc degree with Distinction in Technical Ship Management from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. She is an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects (RINA) working towards her Chartered Engineer status. She is fluent in Greek, English and has a basic knowledge in Spanish and French. A Psychology Graduate from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Athina has joined the Firm in charge of the Quality and Human Resource division. She is responsible for monitoring the implementation of our Firm s ISO 9001 system and the interaction of the Piraeus Head Office with the Regional Offices around the World. With the size of the Firm rapidly growing, she is assisting on HR matters. Athina is currently attending the ICS Annual Professional Maritime Program. She is fluent in English and French.

6 Piraeus- Istanbul-Montenegro- Houston-Split-Shanghai-Dubai Antonis Panagiotareas Maritime Systems Engineer (B.Sc., MBA) Senior Surveyor Resident Manager Antonis joined the Company from the establishment of our Houston Office in 2016, where he is acting as Resident Manager. Before joining us, Antonis has had a series of diversified work assignments and experience, that spans over a 30 year period. Most notably, Antonis has been Technical Superintendent, Fleet Manager and DPA for a series of Shipping Companies Managing both bulkers and Tankers. In 2004, Antonis first became Technical Manager for a Company operating back then 7 Product and Chemical Tankers, actively involved in the vetting of the vessel by Oil Majors. In addition, he was involved in the newbuilding program (Product Tankers) of the company in South Korea. Between 2007 and 2016, Antonis was the Technical Manager and eventually the General Manager of a Nasdaq listed shipping Firm, operating up to 10 bulk carries at time. In this company he was also involved with the supervision of the new building projects (2 bulk carries in China), as well as being in contact with Brokers, H&M Underwriters and P&I Insurers undertaking the Firm s diversified business. Overall, Antonis has extensive experience on Technical and Managerial aspects of Shipping, including Vetting for Bulkers and Tankers, Condition Surveys and Claims. Antonis has a B.Sc. Maritime Engineering Degree from Texas A&M University in College Station and an MBA from University of Leicester. He is a member the American Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers (SNAME) and is fluent in Greek and English.

Regional Manager Dr. Mustafa Azman Master Mariner (B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D.) Head of Survey Department Hamza Taskeser joined Margetis Maritime Consulting in 2017 after resigning from the Turkish Ministry of Transport where he held the position of Deputy Director General for Merchant Marine Ministry of Transportation, Deputy Undersecretary responsible for Maritime Affairs and in charge of Maritime Trading and Law Department / IMO affairs / International Relations / Maritime Safety / Maritime Transportation / Maritime Insurance / Port State and Flag State Implementations / Shipbuilding and Shipyards. Hamza was a principal founder member and Vice President of the Accident Investigation Board for the Turkish Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications (MTMAC). From his position in the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs in Ankara, he held the seat of the administrative head and centrally responsible officer for Harbour Masters in all Turkish ports and the Turkish Port State Control agency. He is an oceangoing Master Mariner, graduate of Istanbul Technical University Maritime Faculty with a B.Sc. degree in Maritime Transport and Engineering; he holds a Master of Science Law degree in Institute of Law, Department of Public Law as well as a B.Sc in Istanbul University, Law Faculty and he is a certified Advocate, registered in Istanbul Bar Association. Hamza Taskeser was regularly assigned with representing the Turkish State in various conferences and international forums as well as seminars such as the head of the organisers committee for Oil Spill Exercise & Emergency Response Operations, a regular delegate in Brussels for EMSA (European Maritime Safety Agency) tutorials, conferencier or participant in international meetings between the respective Accident Investigation Boards and the relevant national organizations throughout the globe, SAR (Search and Rescue) congresses including a 3½ months training course in Japan and conferencier or participant in various National and International professional conferences, congress, symposiums etc. Capt. Hamza Taskeser has served in the Turkish Navy Forces as a Rescue & Salvage Officer as well as, Chief Officer and later Master on Oceangoing vessels. He is fluent in Turkish and English. Dr. Mustafa Azman is the ex Harbour Master of Istanbul and he joined our Firm in 2017, after resigning from this position. He had previously served as Harbour Master in the ports of Sinop and Mudanya whereas, he was engaged in the capacity of Research Engineer and has served as a Deputy Director General for Merchant Marine in the Ministry of Transport & Maritime Affairs. Dr. Azman was the Vice Chairman in the International Oil Pollution Compensation Fund Assembly (IOPC) and was the Chief Coordinator in the project of establishing the Turkish P&I Insurance. Mustafa was assigned as the Head of the Sea Working Group for Marmara Rail Tube Tunnel, the project linking Europe and Asia up until 2012 and has in the past, served as Deck Officer and later Master in oceangoing vessels. Mustafa Azman is a qualified Master Mariner (unlimited / oceangoing) and has served on board a Rescue & Salvage Tug as officer in the Turkish Navy Forces. Mustafa is a Doctor of Science with Ph.D. in Istanbul University, Institute of Marine Science and Management, Department of Marine Environment with scholarships such as M.Sc. and a B.Sc. in the Faculty of Physics with Marmara University as well as B.Sc. in Maritime Faculty, Marine Transportation & Engineering with Istanbul Technical University. Dr. Azman is an academic lecturer in Yildiz Technical University in the Ship Construction and Maritime Faculty as well as a Marine Science analyst and counsellor in Istanbul academic community and is a regular author of articles in sectoral publications. Dr. Azman is a regular participant in overseas courses and events such as Professional Development Courses in Maritime Casualty Investigation (with WMU World Maritime University of Malmö Sweden), Oil Spill Exercises & Emergency Response Operations (member of the organizing committee in Istanbul), leader or member of different delegations in professional meetings in Turkey or overseas (IMO Assembly, MSC, FAL, IOPC etc.), lecturer in seminar on the Human Element Influence on Maritime Accidents (REMPEC 2008 Lisbon) and a moderator, conferencier or participant at various National and International conferences, courses, congress or symposiums. He is fluent in Turkish and English.

8 Piraeus- Istanbul-Montenegro- Houston-Split-Shanghai Montenegro Split Petar Zlokovic Naval Architect (M.Sc.) Senior Surveyor Petar is the Resident Senior Surveyor at The Adriatic Sea office, based in Bijela (in an office inside Adriatic Shipyard). Prior to joining Margetis Maritime & Yachting Consulting, Petar had been employed in various Shipping Companies as a Superintendent Engineer, as well as in the local Adriatic Shipyard in Bijela as Naval Architect and Project Manager. During his professional carrier that spans over 18 years, Petar had been involved in projects dealing with bulk carriers, general cargo vessels, cement carriers and Yachts. Of notable importance is his experience with Floating Production Storage and Offloading units (F.P.S.O.) and Off-shore Drill Platforms, having supervised and coordinated major conversions at Adriatic Shipyard. He will be acting as the Head Surveyor of Margetis Maritime Consulting in Adriatic Sea, undertaking all sorts of assignments on behalf of H&M Underwriters, P&I Clubs and other Maritime institutions. He is a Graduate of Belgrade University, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Branch for Naval Architecture and is fluent in Serbian and English. Dragan Curin Marine Engineer (M.Sc.) Senior Surveyor Dragan is the Resident Senior Surveyor at our Split office, Croatia (within the heart of the Dalmatian Coast). Prior to joining Margetis Maritime & Yachting Consulting, Dragan had been employed in various Shipping Companies as a Superintendent Engineer and Technical Manager, whilst he has also acted Insurance and Claims Manager for a Shipping Company, having vast experience of Insurance related matters. During his professional carrier that spans 15 years, Dragan had been involved in projects dealing with bulk carriers, tankers, passenger / RO-ROs, refer carriers and Yachts. He has also acted in the past as independent Surveyor and Surveyor for Classification societies and Flag States, he duties including the inspection of Mega Yachts. He will be acting as the Head Surveyor of Margetis Maritime Consulting in Croatia, undertaking all sorts of assignments on behalf of H&M Underwriters, P&I Clubs and other Maritime institutions. He holds graduate degree (M.Sc.) of Marine Engineering, from University of Split, Department of Maritime Studies, and is fluent in Croatian, Serbian, English and Italian.

Senior Surveyor Regional Manager Zou, a Chinese national, joined the Company from the establishment of our Shanghai Office in 2017, where he is acting as Regional Manager. Before joining us, Zou has had a series of diversified work assignments and experience that spans almost 25 years and includes positions as Class and Flag surveyor, Marine Superintendent, New Building supervisor, Shipyard Engineer and Independent Consultant. Most notably, Zou has started his carrier by working for 4 year for COSCO Shipyards, subsequently joined G.L. and A.B.S. as field surveyor which included the supervision of New Buildings as well as ship in services Since 2010, Zou was acting as an independent surveyor, undertaking a diverse range of assignments, including Class and Flag survey, Superintendence Services, Condition Surveys and repair supervision. In addition, he has occasional acted as New Building Site Manager, for various Chinese yards. Due to his diverse background, Zou is familiar with shipyard and shipbuilding industry in China very well and had good contact with most of the major Chinese shipyard, either for new building and repairs. His experience is diverse in terms of vessel s he has dealt with, majority of them being Bulk Carriers, Tankers, Ro/Ros and Containers. Zou has a B.Sc. in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Harbin Engineering University in China and he is fluent in Chinese and English

10 Piraeus- Istanbul-Montenegro- Houston-Split-Shanghai-Dubai Dubai Capt. Anil Agarwal Master Mariner (B. Sc.) Resident Manager Capt. Anil joined the Company from the establishment of our Dubai Office in 2017, where he is acting as Regional Manager. Before joining us, Capt. Anil has had a career in the Marine field for about 15 years, including sea going experience in Tankers, as well as an Operations Manager for a Company operating offshore supply vessels. Capt. Anil has recently worked as an Independent Consultant and surveyor, specializing in Marine Operations, Technical and Navigational Audits and Pre-Purchase Inspections. Most notably though, Capt. Anil has been carrying out Pre-vetting inspections, assisting Managers in preparing vessels for the SIRE (Ship Inspection Report Program) and OVID (Offshore Vessel Inspection Database) of OCIMF. Before settling in Dubai, U.A.E., Capt., Anil, an Indian national, has also worked in India and Malaysia. As a result of his diversified background, Capt. Anil is well familiar of the Maritime community in U.A.E. Capt. Anil has a B.Sc. in Nautical Sciences from University of Mumbai, holding Master s in Business Administration and is certified as a Master Mariner from the Ministry of Surface Transportation in India. He is fluent in English and Hindi. Husain Hatim Marine Engineer (B.E.) Senior Surveyor Husain, joined the Company from the establishment of our Dubai Office in 2017, where he is acting as Senior Surveyor, being a Marine Engineer, Husain has more than ten (10) years sea-going experience (having reached the rank of Chief Engineer), on Tankers, Bulkers and Offshore Supply vessels. After his seagoing years, Husain worked as a Superintendent Engineer for a major Operator of Offshore supply vessels and drill-ships (with a fleet reaching 45 vessels). Recently, Husain has been acting as a Technical Consultant and surveyor for a company carrying our Condition Surveys, Pre-purchase inspections, technical Management and supervising repairs and preparing dry-dockings. Husain has a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Mumbai and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marine Engineering from the Marine Engineering Research Institute of Mumbai, as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Ship Management. He is a Member of The Institute of Engineers (MIET, UK) working towards his Chartered Engineer status. He is fluent in English and Hindi and has an elementary knowledge of Arabic.
