5 TERMS and CONDITIONS THE TRIP PACKAGE PRICE: These trip prices are based on a minimum of 10 paying guests and on tariffs and rates in effect on April 1, 2016 and is subject to change without notice should there be a revision in rates prior to the departure or full payment received. Note: Airfare prices are subject to change by carrier until ticketed. NOTE: A Non-refundable Administration/Service fee of $150/pp applies to all cancellations. Travel Insurance once paid is also nonrefundable and non-transferable. Other fees/loss of refund may be imposed by the vendor on cancellations. Group prices are based on 10 or more travelling from a domestic city and are subject to change without notice. If the group decreases below 10 persons, the price will increase. The group may also be cancelled if it falls below the required minimums. SHIP ACCOMMODATIONS: THE TRIP PRICE INCLUDES: Prices are based on double/triple occupancy. If you are in need of a roommate, it is best that you personally find someone with whom you are comfortable sharing a room for the duration of the cruise. FCCM is not responsible for locating a roommate for you. However, we will do what we can to assist you. Please note: If you are unable to find a roommate, you will be required to pay the single supplement in addition to your total trip cost. MEALS: All meals onboard the ship are included, except when dining at specialty restaurants or cafes. Breakfast is included at select pre-cruise stay hotels, when offered. PORT FEES/TAXES: All cruise taxes/port fees and airfare taxes are included in the Trip prices listed. (Note: Hotel, tours, transfers, etc. may incur additional taxes) TIPS/GRATUITIES: The cruise line has set tipping guidelines for the onboard servers and attendants that serve you. You will receive a tipping guide onboard the ship. These gratuities are automatically charged to your onboard account each day. (approx. $12-18 per day, depending on your cabin selection) If your package includes Pre-Paid Gratuities, you will not be charged daily for tips. Tips for hotel service, porters, guides and drivers will be extra. NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: DEVIATIONS: If flying on the same day that the ship embarks/disembarks, your airfare/ground transfers are included, as long as you travel with the group. If you deviate from the group, you are responsible for securing your own airfare and ground transfers to/from the ship. GROUND TRANSFERS: Your transportation to/from the airport and the pier is not included. Transfers can be arranged to transport you to/from the ship by the cruise line or private transport company at an additional cost. AIRFARE: Airfare is not included in the package price. You may choose to use your frequent air miles, or purchase air from your favorite airline carrier. We can also assist with securing airfare pricing for you at your request. LAND TOURS/EXCURSIONS are not included in the trip price. OTHER COST: Laundry, mineral (bottled) waters, soft drinks, and land tours or services other than those specifically stated as being included in the Trip Package Price are extra. Items of a personal nature, excess baggage, airport service charges, tips for maid service and personal baggage handling are not included. Any Pre/Post hotel stays are additional. Specialty Restaurant & Dining: The ship offers many dining options that are included with your cruise price. However, there are also specialty restaurants onboard that offer delicious cuisine at additional cost if you choose to dine at one of these restaurants. (approx. $25 and higher, cover charge per person)

6 PAYMENTS: Payments can be made by Cash, Money Order, Cashier s check or Visa/MasterCard/Discover. To secure your space, please submit your Reservation Form plus an Initial Deposit. NOTE: $150 initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Other fees/loss of refund may be imposed by the vendor on cancellations. (example: hotel, airfare, etc.) Final payment is due by May 15, DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION: In event of cancellation, a refund will be made up to Final Payment, excluding the $150 non-refundable administration charge, Travel Insurance, and any other non-refundable charges imposed by the vendor (s). Cancellations on or after Final Payment Date are subject to a minimum 100% forfeiture of deposit, plus a partial or 100% forfeiture of the airfare cost as stipulated by the airline and, or Cruise Line. The Travel Agency will check with the specific Cruise Line to determine if any penalties/cancellation fees apply. If you cancel once the air ticket has been purchased you will not receive a cash refund, but an airfare credit for future travel. RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY: Faith Christian Center and its contracting agent, shall not be in any way liable for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity in any vehicle, or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers or of any personnel or servant otherwise in connection therewith. Faith Christian Center can accept no responsibility for losses or accidental expense due, as well, to delays or changes in schedules or departures, hotel/ship overbooking or defaults, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantines, riots or insurrections, political disorders of any type, criminal acts committed by third parties or other such similar causes. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passenger, who is again advised of the availability of travel insurance. The right is reserved to withdraw any tour announced in this program and to make such alterations to the itineraries as may be found desirable for the proper carrying out of the tours. In the event it becomes necessary or advisable in the Tour Operator s discretion or Group Leader to alter arrangements or itineraries for the passenger s comfort or welfare for any reason whatsoever, such alterations may be made without penalty to the Operator. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the Passengers. The right is reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any group at any time. CHANGE FEE: Changing names on cruise documents, airline tickets and other trip documents may incur changing fees. LAND ARRANGEMENTS: The tour operator reserves the right to change the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, local conditions, security reasons and preferences of the Group Leader. HEALTH DISCLAIMER FOR TRAVEL: Passengers registering for the trip accept the responsibility for being in good health and able to walk and travel on their own. However, if you do require any type of special needs services; wheelchair, oxygen tanks, or other, please notify us so that arrangements can be made for you, as is available. NOTE: Cruise lines and vendors have certain policies concerning women traveling while pregnant. Please check with the cruise line or tour company prior to making your deposit concerning their travel restrictions. STANDARD CRUISE LINE REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY You will receive a full refund if you notify the Cruise Line 90 days prior to sailing, minus any admin/service fees or insurance cost, which are non-refundable. Refunds must be requested by the passenger or their agent. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the time the refund was requested. Passport/Visa Documentation Effective 2005 citizens of all countries are required to have a valid Passport for foreign travel. Please check with your local Immigration/Customs office for your requirements. Travel Documents The cruise line provides online E-documents for passengers to print their cruise tickets and documents. You will receive notification within days prior to sailing when your E-docs are available online for printing. Important Information Regarding Documentation Required to Travel All cruise lines are required by the US Border Security Act to electronically report a manifest of all passengers on each cruise prior to their arriving at the port on embarkation day. This manifest includes personal information about each passenger including name, gender, birthdate, residency, citizenship, and passport data. Any passengers who have not submitted all the needed information before they get to their ship can expect very long delays at the pier. If a passenger does not supply any piece of required data, he may be denied boarding without a refund.
