August 25 th Canada Departure ITINERARY August 25 th to September 9 th 2018 COPENHAGEN 1 night August 26 th Arrival in Copenhagen, group transfer to your hotel. Attention: Two arrival transfers are scheduled. If you haven t booked the flights with Exotik Tours please, make sure your flight will arrive before 11:20AM or 4:20 PM. Accommodation for one night at 4* Scandic Copenhagen hotel (central) with daily breakfast. August 27 th 9:00 AM, meet your guide in the hotel lobby and enjoy a walking tour of the city for 2:30 hours. The tour will end in the city center to allow you to enjoy some free time for lunch or shopping. Return to the hotel on your own (walking or taxi). At approx. 1:30 PM (exact time departure will be given at destination), afternoon transfer to the harbor to board the Norwegian Breakaway.

3 10 days / 9 nights Cruise August 27 th to Sept 5 th - Norwegian Breakaway Cruise on the Baltic Sea. The cruise includes 3 meals daily and the Ultimate Beverage Package (on board only) and prepaid service charges (Tips included) Sept 5 th Please be ready to disembark at 10 AM. A meeting point on the ship will be indicated by Johanne and Don. Transfer to Copenhagen airport and fly to Amsterdam. If you have not booked your flights with Exotik Tours please make sure you book the flight leaving CPH at 14:40, with arrival AMS at 16:05. Upon arrival, group transfer to your hotel.

4 AMSTERDAM 4 nights Sept 5 th to Sept 9 th Enjoy a 4-night stay at the Avenue Hotel Amsterdam 3* (central), with daily breakfast included. (Optional excursions will be available via our representatives: Museums, cruise on the canals, Bruges and more.) Sept 9 th Group transfer to Amsterdam airport for your flight back home. (Transfer times around 8:30AM and 11:30 AM) Johanne Dion and Don Belford will be on site all along the tour and they will organize excursions from Amsterdam. A list of the available excursions from AMSTERDAM only will be provided to your agent 3 months prior to departure in order for you to plan a budget. END Note : The confirmed itinerary at the moment is above and includes 4 nights Amsterdam after the cruise, but we will open a list, for clients whom already visited Amsterdam and its surroundings and would like register to trade 2 nights in Amsterdam for 2 nights Bruges for a supplement of + $200 per person. We need to know at time of booking if you would prefer Option A (only Amsterdam) or Option B (Amsterdam and Bruges) and if we have a minimum of 25 participants for Option B (with supplement), we will be able to confirm 2 nights Amsterdam and 2 nights Bruges and provide an itinerary. Note Dates of travel will stay the same: August 25 th to Sept 9 th. We should confirm or cancel option B at the end of January 2018, according to the number of participants. Option B) AMSTERDAM 2 nights & BRUGES 2 nights need minimum 25 participants The option B: Itinerary scenarios if we reach a minimum of 25 participants : Transfer to Bruges from Amsterdam, 2 nights in Bruges and 2 nights in Amsterdam in this order or according to availability and number of participants, itinerary can include: transfer to Amsterdam from airport, 1 night Amsterdam, transfer to Bruges, 2 nights Bruges and transfer back to Amsterdam for last night before heading home. The hotel 3* we will use in Amsterdam might not be the same as the rest of the group and, the hotel in Bruges should be the Ibis Centrum 3*or similar. The final itinerary will be advised later when we have a confirmation of the number of participants.

5 Not included: Lunches, dinners and beverages (except on the ship where 3-meals daily and beverages are included), gratuities to drivers, guides, assistants, optional excursions, travel insurances, visa if necessary, seat selection, which is not possible on our group seats as mentioned on first page, all other items not mentioned in the present itinerary or vouchers. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please make sure to preregister with NCL online 3 weeks prior to departure (see details with your travel agent when you will receive the documents). Also, we highly recommend that you pre-booked the Cruise shore excursions you would like with NCL via your travel agent. Some countries, such as Russia, require a visa if you want to visit on your own. Due to this, it is important to pre-book the cruise s shore excursion with the Cruise line for certain countries (refer to your travel agent), as this way a separate visa will not be required for Canadian citizens.
