2 3RD CARIBBEAN INFRASTRUCTURE FORUM The Caribbean Infrastructure Forum (CARIF 2018), now in its third year, is the largest gathering of the regional infrastructure market on the annual calendar. Caribbean nations face an extraordinary challenge.
