It was determined to be user error. VANDALISM Dec 24, 2014-Wednesday at 09: E TEHAMA ST O responded to an anonymous report of a subject driving erratically during the night and knocking down mailboxes. O checked the area and found someone had up rooted the mailboxes by hand and no vehicle collision had occurred. ASSAULT Battery Dec 24, 2014-Wednesday at 11: PAIGEWOOD DR O responded to a report from 20 y/o Cassandra Sarmento regarding an assault/battery report. O contacted Sarmento and 35 y/o Rosa Herrera. Officers provided assistance until no longer needed by Westside paramedics. Wathen reported his 2006 Hummer had been shot with paintballs around midnight. This is the latest in a string of vandalism using both paintballs and eggs in that neighborhood. Wathen said there was no damage to his vehicle from the paintballs and did not know who had shot them. Officers contacted the driver 42 y/o Christopher Espinosa of Rio Lindo. Espinosa was issued a citation for driving on a suspended license and failing to stop at a stop sign limit line. VANDALISM Dec 26, 2014-Friday at 23: WALKER ST Terry Spencer, 59, reported Kevin Terwilleger, 50, broke the screen on her front door and to her bedroom window at 848 Walker St. The area was checked, he was not located. A report was taken for a criminal complaint. The RP, resident Ronald Walker (51 YOA) stated two unknown suspects attempted to (again) vandalize the neighborhood. The suspects took off on foot and was last seen driving away in a yellow sedan with black rims. The suspects left their paint ball gun behind. The incident is being investigated. 4

The driver, resident, Taneasha Louise La Blue Chavez (20 YOA) was cited for speeding and released at the scene. ALCOHOL VIOL Intox. In Public Dec 26, 2014-Friday at 15: NEWPORT AVE O responded to the report of an intoxicated subject with a dog. O located 58 y/o Paul Passero. After an on-scene investigation Passero was arrested for public intoxication, resisting arrest, and threats against officers. Passero was booked into GCJ. A report was taken. After investigation the juvenile, 15 y/o male juvenile from Colorado was found not to be a runaway and arrangements were made to return the juvenile to his mother. Clark was subsequently arrested for DUI and possession of narcotics. Passenger 57 y/o Francis Barnes of was arrested for possession of narcotics and narcotics paraphernalia. Hunt said he was yelling at his girlfriend 31 y/o Angela Lavigne of from across the roadway. Officers were unable to locate Lavigne. Both parties were separated before Officers arrived. CVC MOVING VIOL Exceed Max speed limit - 70 mph Dec 26, 2014-Friday at 18:54 Co Rd 39 While enroute to GMC, O made an enforcement stop on a 2014 Toyota Corolla. Stockton resident Raymond Ibarra, 26, was cited and released for speeding. PC/MISC Threats to Peace Officer Dec 28, 2014-Sunday at 00: FIFTH ST O came across a disturbance at the Side Bar. During the investigation it was determined resident Michael Dugger (32 YOA) was assaulted by resident Jerry Allen (26 YOA) and Justin Allen (25 YOA). During the assault Justin Allen broke the large window to the bar with his hand and Dugger's head. Dugger was treated at scene by paramedics. Justin Allen was arrested for drunk in public; assault and battery. During the arrest Justin assaulted an O officer. The driver, Williams resident, Miguel Angel Sandoval (20 YOA) was cited for a red light violation and released at the scene. 8 O contacted Chico resident, Ray Ritsch (27 YOA) and Chico resident, Amber Franiska Monique Silva (38 YOA) sleeping in a vehicle in one of the wash stalls. Ritsch was found to be on probation and a probation search was conducted on the vehicle. During the investigation, stolen property was located from numerous Chico burglaries. O also located narcotics and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. O collected the stolen items and arrested Ritsch and Silva. Ritsch was booked into the Glenn Co Jail on violations of possession of stolen property; possession of a billy club; possession of a dirk/dagger; possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation. Silva was booked into the Glenn Co Jail on violations of possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of a billy club and possession of stolen property. The vehicle was towed for evidence by Zip's Tow. OTHER INCIDENT Assist Westside Amb Dec 29, 2014-Monday at 00: TH STREET O assisted Westside Ambulance at their request with a medical aid in the 900 block of 4th St. O remained on scene until no longer needed.
