8 O contacted Chico resident, Ray Ritsch (27 YOA) and Chico resident, Amber Franiska Monique Silva (38 YOA) sleeping in a vehicle in one of the wash stalls. Ritsch was found to be on probation and a probation search was conducted on the vehicle. During the investigation, stolen property was located from numerous Chico burglaries. O also located narcotics and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. O collected the stolen items and arrested Ritsch and Silva. Ritsch was booked into the Glenn Co Jail on violations of possession of stolen property; possession of a billy club; possession of a dirk/dagger; possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation. Silva was booked into the Glenn Co Jail on violations of possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of a billy club and possession of stolen property. The vehicle was towed for evidence by Zip's Tow.
