1 IR# Type Campus - Residential (REHS) EMS May 2, :50 pm MSU Campus/Residence Hall/Holden Hall/West Holden Malfoy, Draco RHC Yes Police Yes At 10:50 PM RA Hermione Granger was in a study lounge in W. Holden and saw a group of students pass by. Resident Draco Malfoy was in that group, and RA Granger saw Malfoy take a picture off the wall with him, which was a part of the Native American Art Exhibit. RA Granger recognized Malfoy from earlier in the year, and called the RAs on duty. RAs Nevil Longbottom and Luna Lovegood responded. ACD-On Duty Alistair Moody was then called in after RAs Longbottom and Lovegood arrived. RA Longbottom, after getting ACD Moody s suggestion, called the police to report the theft. Once police arrived (MSU police, badge nos. 643 and 651) and got RAs Longbottom, Lovegood, and Granger s information. RA Granger knew where Malfoy already lived, and as the police and RAs were arriving on 2nd floor West, Malfoy was just leaving the room. The police caught him before he could leave, and questioned him. He then left his room and went to another a few doors down and retrieved the stolen picture without much trouble.

2 IR# Type Campus - Residential (REHS) Other Witness(es) EMS RHC Police Yes April 11, :05 pm MSU Campus/Residence Hall/Shaw Hall/West Shaw Hall Tribbiani, Joey RA Ross Gellar MSU PD Badge # 659 MSU PD Badge # 644 At 11:05 pm on Thursday, April 11, RA Ross Gellar was getting into bed when he noticed the smell of marijuana. RA Gellar could also hear a group of students talking outside his window near the dumpster outside of West Shaw Hall. RA Gellar walked down the hallway of the first floor of West Shaw Hall to try to pinpoint the origin of the odor. Upon entering the hallway, RA Gellar saw resident phoebe Buffay, resident Joey Tribbiana, resident Chandler Bing, resident Monica Gellar, and resident Rachel Green entering room 132 West Shaw Hall, reisdent Rachel Green's room, and he noticed that the hallway smelled like marijuana. RA Gellar called MSU PD around 11:10 pm, and MSU PD Badge # 659 and MSU PD Badge # 644 arrived at West Shaw Hall at 11:18 pm. MSU PD pinpointed room 132 West Shaw Hall as the source of the odor of marijuana, but as they were checking the rest of the floor, resident Monica Gellar from East Holden Hall exited room 132 West Shaw Hall. RA Gellar asked Resident Gellar to provide identification, and Resident Gellar explained that she just got back from having late night dinner at Holden and that she needed to get to the bus stop. While RA Gellar was speaking with Resident Gellar, MSU PD approached room 132 West Shaw Hall and asked Resident Gellar to enter the room. MSU PD took control of the situation, and they found the equivalent of a half of an ounce of marijuana in the possession of resident Rachel Green, but no arrest was made.

3 IR# Type Campus - Residential (REHS) April 15, :00 am MSU Campus/Residence Hall/Holden Hall/East Holden EMS RHC Police Barrowman, John Piper, Billie At 12am RA Eccleston and Smith were completing rounds on the 6th East Holden floor. They heard loud music coming from room 617 E Holden. Both RA Eccleston and Smith tried knocking on the door to get them to turn the music down. one answered the door. RA Eccleston pounded on the door until Resident Barrowman opened the door. RA Eccleston told Resident Barrowman that he needed to turn down the music and RA Eccleston also asked why Resident Barrowman didn't answer the door when they had knocked. Resident Barrowman said that he couldn't hear them knocking and used language that offended RA Eccleston. He was rude and slammed the door in their face. He did turn the music down after closing the door. te: I have had so many problems with this resident being loud. He is always turning up the radio whenever I walk by. The rest of the community is fed up with him too and he needs to get kicked off the floor.

4 IR# Type Campus - Residential (REHS) September 1, :30 am MSU Campus/Residence Hall/Landon Hall Burke, Preston Other Individual(s) Owen Hunt, Mark Sloan, George O Malley, Derek Shepherd EMS RHC Police Yes At approximately 10:30 pm, Resident Assistants on Duty, Meredith Grey and Miranda Bailey, were doing rounds in Landon Hall on the west ground floor. At the end of the hallway, they saw a group of individuals in white togas. They heard Do you want some Jack Daniels? and subsequently saw a student (most likely Alex Karev) take a drink from a Jack Daniels bottle. They approached the students and introduced themselves as the RA s on Duty. RA s on duty informed the individuals that they had seen the drinking of the Jack Daniels bottle, and had to document the situation. Richard Webber asked RA s on duty not to document, and all students seemed extremely concerned with the consequences. RA s on duty asked if any of the residents were twenty one, and students replied no. When asked what would happen, RA s replied that cooperation would be recorded in the report, and it would reflect well on them in the follow up of the incident. RA s on duty informed the residents that minors are unable to possess alcohol. In the hallway, was Alex Karev, and he supplied his ID when asked. He was very calm and cooperative. In room 39, the residents were Callie Torres and Cristina Yang. They had Owen Hunt and Mark Sloan as guests. When asked by RA Bailey for their ID s they were very calm and supplied them upon request. RA Bailey asked to enter the room, and entered with permission. RA Bailey asked the residents to place all the alcohol in the center of the room. The residents denied having any alcohol, and when asked to open the fridge, they complied and RA Bailey saw none. There was a single empty shot glass on the hutch under a residents bed. ne of them appeared or behaved intoxicated, and none of them were wearing togas. In room 41 there was resident Addison Montgomery and her guest, April Kepner, neither wearing togas. They denied having been part of the festivities in the hallway, and said that the toga wearers had knocked on their door. Both Addison and April denied having had any alcohol. When asked if she had alcohol in her room, Addison admitted she did, and produced a nearly empty bottle of Red Stag. RA Bailey collected the ID s from the resident and her guest. Both were compliant and calm, but concerned of the consequences. RA Bailey escorted resident Addison to bathroom, where Resident Addison poured the remaining alcohol down the sink. RA Bailey thanked the occupants of both room 39 and room 41 for their compliance and told them that their cooperation would be included in the report. RA on duty Grey asked permission to enter room 43 (room of Arizona Robbins) and entered after receiving permission. RA Grey asked if there was any alcohol in the room and she asked a

5 resident to open the fridge for her. The students said that there was no alcohol and RA Grey saw no alcohol in the fridge or anywhere else in the room. RA Grey explained that she had to document the incident and asked the students to produce their IDs. The students produced their IDs immediately and waited patiently as RA Grey copied the information. The students that were in room 43 were George O Malley, Jackson Avery, Teddy Altman, Preston Burke, Richard Webber, Arizona Robbins, and Derek Shepherd. George O Malley and Derek Shepherd are not MSU students. The students were extremely cooperative and did not appear to be overly intoxicated. Several of the students claimed that they had not been drinking. Most of the students in room 43 were wearing togas and said that they were getting ready to go out. Neither Grey nor Bailey saw evidence of the Jack Daniels bottle in any of the rooms. Several of the students in room 43 mentioned that someone had left the room as the RAs were documenting the incident. They seemed upset that their friend had left them. RA Grey returned their IDs and thanked them for their cooperation.
