1 Friday, 29/10/10 On Friday 10/29/2010, we all first met in the house E in the room 521st. After a few announcements we went directly to the start presentation by Mr. Willmann. He presented the next few days and the reason for being in Osnabrück. After that we went to the 50th anniversary of the BBS Brinkstraße. After a few speeches, the Ecumenical church service began, then the history of the school was presented. After the entertainment program including tap dance and music the celebration ended with a snack. Later we were in the Jägerhof in Bad Iburg for dinner. Then there was the opportunity to get to know each other better. Page 1

2 Saturday 30/10/10: On Saturday we had an exhausting program. In the morning we wanted to visit our little city Osnabrück. Some of us needed a new digital camera or bought new clothes. After this shopping tour we needed food. The Turkish people wanted to know, how a German kebap tastes. After some missunderstandings we ate nice Turkish food. In the afternoon sport was on the timetable. We played some games to get to know each other and in the end we had a small soccer competition. In the evening we went to Voxtrup to have a nice bowling adventure. Some of us were dancing, because they loved it so much and some of us started crying after realizing that they did not win the game. That was a very funny day and it was also good to get to know each other. Page 2

3 Sunday, 31/10/10 On Sunday morning we had to get up very early because we expected a very long day with many new insights. Already at 8.30 am. we went to the cart track to Bielefeld. It was funny so some of us stayed on longer as planned to drive more rounds. The track was our own and everyone tried to drive new best times. After the carttrip we decided to create a free afternoon. The German people decided to have lunch. In the evening at 6:30 we met at the restaurant Rampendahl in Osnabrück to get to know different cultures and people. Later followed the night-watch-walk through all of Osnabrück, where we reviewed a lot of historical background and points of interest. The Nightwatchman was very funny and wore pretty crazy clothes but that looked mysterious. In the end we had climbed the observation tower of Osnabrück. Then we had free time. Page 3

4 Monday, 01/11/10 After an almost sleepless night it was very difficult for us to get up. After we have breakfast Ole Kristian explained the LMS platform including the structure and arrangement of each function. Later there was a hot buffet in the cafeteria in the BBS. After that was a presentation of the company SUNOS from Osnabrück. They presented their company and electric cars. Then we have even made a test drive. In the evening it was free time. Then we went to the cinema. Page 4

5 Tuesday, 02/11/ We started our last day at 9.00 o clock with a work phase. In this phase we defined our next steps of the working program for each country. After hours of hard working we made a small lunch break. Page 5

6 Then we went to Glandorf and visited the Solarpark. There we got many interesting information about the production of solar panels. After this presentation everybody had the chance to drive electric vehicles. In the evening we went to the Pizzahaus in Osnabrück and heard interesting speeches of the wonderful days from every country. Then we said good bye to each other and we were (and are still) looking forward to seeing us again in April in the Netherlands. Page 6
