This evening will include a night of live music, food, wine, children s activities, and a chance to recap memories of the summer with your neighbors. Saturday, October 4 & 5 pm Saturday, October 4 & 5 pm PONTOON BOAT RENTAL The Camp Lake James boat rental program offers a 22ft Bennington pontoon for full and half day rentals. A full day rental will last from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and cost $ A Half Day rental from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 to 5 p.m. is $ and will only be available on the day of the rental. This fee includes a full tank of gas. Renters are not required to re-fill the tank if the boat is returned with a 1/4 tank of gas or more. All renters must be 23 years old or over and have a valid driver s license and credit card. Just stop by the Main Office or call to learn more. The boat is very popular and is booking up quickly so please plan and make a reservation in advance.

Chestnut Knob Trail is a 2 mile moderate to strenuous hike located in South Mountain State Park. There are 2 overlooks; Jacob s Fork River Gorge which offers a spectacular view of the beginnings of the Appalachians, and Chestnut Knob Overlook which on a clear day you can see Charlotte. Bring the family out and enjoy hiking in the crisp winter air.
