3 Durbin Crossing Community Development District 475 West Town Place, STE #114 St. Augustine, FL (Office) (FAX) NOTICE: Vacancy Durbin Crossing Board of Supervisors Seat No. 4 Term runs to November Posted October 27, 2015 Interested Persons must respond by 4:00 PM November 13, 2015 At the October 26, 2015 meeting of the Durbin Crossing Community Development District (the CDD ) Board of Supervisors meeting, a Board member announced his intention to resign from the Board prior to the next Board meeting. While that resignation is not yet effective, the Board would like to seek persons interested in serving a CDD Board Supervisor. If you are interested in sitting as a Board Supervisor of the CDD, please send an to David denagy (ddenagy@gmsnf.com) expressing your interest or by providing a copy of your most recent resume. The next CDD Board meeting is scheduled for 6:00 P.M. Monday, November 23, 2015 at the Durbin South Amenity Center and you are encouraged to attend and address the CDD Board with your qualifications. Qualifications: You must be a United States Citizen 18 years of age or older, a St. Johns County registered voter and reside in Durbin Crossing. 5 Did You Know? The CDD board created a survey last month because they care what you think. There will be more survey s in future. Thank you for your participation. The CDD board has heard your concerns regarding the appearance of the 58 retention ponds throughout our community. The Board has selected a new vendor for the treatment of the ponds. We will be working to ensure that the retention ponds are at an acceptable level in which Durbin Crossing residents deserve. The Amenity Center will be closing at 12pm 11/25 and all day 11/26 (Thanksgiving Day). The gym or pools will not be accessible.

9 Book Club meets at the South Club the first Wednesday of each month at 7:30pm. Bring a snack to share. Chess Club enthusiast come meet the South Club every Wednesday at 6pm. All ages and skill levels welcome. Senior Ladies Card group meets at the South Club every Thursday at 10:30am. Various Card games played while they enjoy each other s company. Senior Men s group meets at the South Club every Tuesday at 10:30am. The Senior Men discuss many topics and while they enjoy coffee and treats. Durbin Community Connections meets at the South Club every Thursday at 8:45am. This group networks with other professionals in their group. Yoga meets every Monday at the North Club at 7pm. The cost of each class is $10.00 Zumba meets every Tuesday at the North Club at 7:30pm. The cost of each class is $5.00. FITastic meets every Wednesday at the North Club at 9:30am & 6:30pm. The classes are free. Each week a new video will be played including different exercises like P90X, T25, Turbo Fire, Les Mills Combat, PiYo, 21 day fix. Senior Ladies Luncheon- Held the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 12:30pm at the South Amenity Center. Bring a dish to share.

We will practice gentle warm-ups, simple postures, and breath awareness and conclude with an integrating relaxation. Beginners and all levels are welcome.
