This hike will involve stair climbing approximately 1,874 stairs over 6 sets of stairs (Chedoke-229, Dundurn-326, James-227, Wentworth-498, Kenilworth-229 and Uli's-305 unofficial stairs) going up the escarpment and back down the stairs and hiking approximately 10km in between the stairs along the Bruce Trail, Chedoke Radial Trail and Escarpment Rail Trail. It's suggested that participants may want to train for this hike.
