3 To get practical knowledge and to give an insight about the way things work in the real life scenario, students of 3 rd Year and 4 th Year of Computer Engineering Department, GIDC Degree Engineering College, Navsarivisited to Hyderabad from 25 th January to 29 th January 2017 assisted by 4 staff members Prof. Kaushal T. Kevadia,Prof.Kushal D. Patel, Prof.Vibhuti P. Patel, Mrs. Amruta S. Naik. A group of 52 members of GDEC,Navsari(4 Staff members & 48 Students) visited Software Technology Parks of India (STPI)on 27 th January 2017 and Tata Teleservices Ltd.(situated at Hyderabad) on 28 th January, We reached at hotel at Hyderabad at around pm on 26 th of January. After Lunch at hotel, our next destination wascharminar. It is a monument and mosque located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The landmark has become a global icon of Hyderabad, listed among the most recognized structures of India.Our next visit was at the Mecca masjid which is beside of Charminar. Makkah Masjid, is one of the oldest mosques in Hyderabad, Telangana in India, and it is one of the largest masajids in India. Makkah Masjid is a listed heritage building in the old city of Hyderabad, close to the historic landmarks of ChowmahallaPalace, LaadBazaar. A trip to Bangalore would be incomplete without a visit to the Snow City. This indoor snow-themed park occupies an area of 12,500 sq feet and is a part of the Fun World Complex. The auspicious moment that we came across was exploring Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) on 27 th January, It was like dream come true moment for all the students of 8 th & 6 th Semester, Computer Engineering, GDEC. STPI is a society set up by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India, with the objective of encouraging, promoting and boosting software exports from India. STPI is statutory body, internet and incubation service provider. STPI offers leased line services to the premium segment, where quality is of utmost concern. At STPI we got knowledge of How Internet service delivered to different Internet Service provider with huge quantities of international bandwidth on international fiber and satellites. In addition, we learned how company provided internet throughout India by provides 24*7 technical support with a data centre, and a Disaster Recovery (DR) site.

4 After breakfast, we visited Lumbini Park, which is adjacent to HussainSagarLakein Hyderabad, India. A parcel of 2.5 acres (0.010 km 2 ; sq mi) adjacent to the park was acquired from the Andhra Pradesh Tourism Department for constructing the laser auditorium. This auditorium, believed to be the first of its kind in India, can seat up to 2000 people at a time for a show on Hyderabad's history.then we enjoyed a starlit pleasure boat cruise for an hour with sophisticated music system for dancing party. The scenic splendor of the world s tallest monolithic statue of Buddha, which stands on the Rock of Gibraltar right in the middle of the HussianSagar lake viewed during the cruise, is unbeatable. On the next day (28 th January), we visited Tata Teleservices Ltd.Hardware Park, Hyderabad. Tata Teleservices Limited spearheads the Tata Group s presence in the telecommunication sector. It is one of India s leading mobile telecom service providers delivering mobile connectivity and services to consumers across the country. The company has been at the forefront of redefining the telecom experience in India, launching innovative products and services, playing an enabling role in simplifying consumer lives and expanding digital inclusion. At this organization, we garnered practical knowledge of working of CDMA call connectivity. It was informative session to get knowledge about how connectivity of call between 2 mobiles establish via HLR, VLR, BSC and MSC. In addition, we visited company plant of reusability of waste water produce from company s campus.

5 After lunch, we visit the most fascinating Ramoji film city spread across 1500 acres. Ramoji film city is a land of film & fantasy, where dream turns to reality. It holds the Guinness World Records for being the largest film studio complex in the world. It is also a popular tourism and recreation centre, containing natural and artificial attractions including an amusement park. Finally, after dinner at Hotel, we reached at Secunderabad railway station and reached at Surat railway station by RAMESWARAM OKHA EXPRESS at 10:00 pm on 29 th January, Tour dates:25 th Jan, 2017 to 29 th Jan, 2017 All the staff member of Computer Engineering Department co-ordinators dedicatedly deploys themselves to make the visit a tremendous success with the constant support from Prof.Archana M.Nayak (Head of Computer Engineering Dept.)and it reflected in the students reviews at the end.
