9 LIGHT AT THE dark TUNNEL To sustain agriculture income for farmers, thrust areas identified by Government of India are development of eco tourism, rural tourism, Agri tourism, creating awareness and public participation and facilitation of private sector participation adding additional income generating activities to existing agriculture would certainly increase contribution of agriculture
