4 TRIP OVERVIEW Accommodation in twin, triple and quad rooms for students in centrally located (zone 1 or 2) 3 star tourist hotel Daily breakfast Airport transfers Tour of London with private coach and guide 2 guest lectures. One to focus on Management Practices in the UK, and another to focus on Fashion Merchandising and Marketing Entrance to the Tower of London Walking tour of Financial London with specialist guide Walking tour of Fashion through the Ages with specialist guide (V & A Museum) Entrance and tour of Lloyds of London for Management students Site visit to fashion company for Fashion students

6 DAY 1: ARRIVAL Morning Arrive in the UK, transfer from airport to accommodation by private motor coach Afternoon Guided coach tour of London Upon arrival in London, you will be met by your private coach, which will transport you to your accommodation. As check-in is not normally until 3pm, arrangements will be made with the hotel for you to leave your luggage in a secure area. A pack containing maps plus any pre-purchased travel cards will be left for the group leader upon arrival. In the afternoon, you will board your coach for a 2-3 hour guided tour of London with your private guide. Your coach will drop you back at your accommodations where you will be able to check into your rooms.

7 DAY 1: ARRIVAL

8 DAY 2: TOWER OF LONDON Morning Opening Ceremony at the Tower of London. Meeting with marketing and Travel Tower of London Trade Team at It will be an early start this morning, as you will be meeting at The Tower of London at around 8.30am for morning entrance into the opening ceremony. This is a special ceremony, which is only available to view from within the Tower to groups, and involves a military escort and march to open the Tower for the day. After this short ceremony, you will be meeting with a member of the Sales and Marketing team, who will talk to you about how a large attraction such as The Tower of London is run, and the importance of sales and marketing. 9 DAY 2: TOWER OF LONDON

10 DAY 3: LECTURE & V&A Morning Guest lecture at Anglo s Study Centre This morning you will proceed to Monticello House, where each group will meet with one of the UK s leading authorities on Fashion or Business, who will engage you in a 90 minute interactive lecture focusing on a specialized area of your choice. Your lecturer will have extensive experience in their field, and will offer a thorough synopsis of current business and fashion trends. Afternoon Visit to V&A Museum Your afternoon will consist of a visit to the V&A Museum, the world's largest museum of decorative arts and design. The group will be able to explore the museum at their leisure, learning about and discovering some of the 4.5 million objects on display.

15 DAY 6: WALKING TOUR OF LONDON Morning Walking tour of London with specialist guide This morning, the students will carry out a private guided tour focussed on important Fashion or Business areas of London. For Business and Finance, this will incorporate history of the financial centre covering its growth and development, and how it has become one of the world s most successful business districts. Afternoon Visit to major retailing company with marketing and PR lecture and tour After free time for lunch, you will visit you will meet with the marketing team at one of the UK s biggest retailers. This could include the John Lewis Partnership, which incorporates Waitrose supermarkets and John Lewis department stores, the successful fashion label All Saints or multinational retailer Marks and Spencer s. You will tour the store, understand their business, marketing and media strategies, and have the opportunity to ask questions about the company as a whole.

18 DAY 7: LLOYDS OF LONDON Morning Visit to Lloyds Financial Services Lloyds of London is one of the UK s most renowned financial establishments. Famed not only nationally but also throughout the world, groups are offered the opportunity to take a guided tour of the iconic building including, subject to availability, a visit to the trading floor. Your tour guide will be an experienced member of staff who is able to offer an in-depth knowledge of the company and financial markets. Afternoon Lecture at the Bank of England Museum In the afternoon you will make the short hop to the Bank of England Museum, located in the ornate Bank of England building. Here you will participate in a workshop covering the role of the Bank, the economy and the current financial climate. You will also have the opportunity to explore the museum independently, and observe items from the Bank's collections used to illustrate the history of the institution and its role today at the centre of the UK economy.
