Client Profile,865 Employees +6 Billion Cans sold What Red Bull stands for is that it gives you wings, which means that it provides skills, abilities, power, etc. to achieve whatever you want to. Dietrich Mateschitz 7 Countries History Discovered in the 980 s in Thailand, Dietrich Mateschitz became hooked on the unique energy boosting drink called Krating Daeng. Teaming up with the drink s creator, Chaleo Yoovidhya, a business tycoon, Mateschitz would use his successful marketing expertise to introduce a new category to the food and beverage industry: the energy drink. Taking a literal translation of the words Kratin Daeng, meaning Red Gaur, this energetic beverage would become known as Red Bull. Founded on April, 987, Mateschitz had one goal in mind with this brand and would inevitably create a lifestyle icon.

3 Customer Culture Red Bull s been mainly targeting a segment of 8 to 4yearold men based on their interests being outdoors, taking risks and having fun. More specifically their occupations mostly include students and working professionals. Red Bull pulls its audience in, Customer Demographics Gender 54% 46% Based on 0 data Red Bull s Narrative Red Bull s continuous growth allows them to expand their operations to young and thriving cities. Miami complements this demographic well and has great opportunity for expanding the audience for water sports, creating unique music festivals, and becoming the home city for the Red Bull Air Race. Red Bull was never only a drink. It was always a lifestyle brand. This approach will offer an ambitious and productive workplace mentality that is synonymous with the brand. Employee Culture Unemployed Others Student Employed Red Bull s offices are just as unique and charismatic as the individuals that work there who range in age similarly to its customers. One of the major component to enjoy this work environment is to, of course, have an interest or particpate in adventure sports. The young professionals prefer to be active in the workplace and not deskbased. They like flexible environments that remind them of the comfortable feel of a living room. 5 Place Component Diagram Goal: Diagrams should display a correlaton between Arrival (A) Node (N) Center (C) 4 Domain (D) 5 Path Second Floor: The Cafe (C) and Recreation Area (C) encompass the most public areas of the office within the Brand Development (D) and Production (D) domains. The paths leading from the Arrival are composed of Meeting areas N and Collaboration zones N which are placed in high traffic areas to produce natural collision zones. Third Floor: The Executive Offices (C) as well as the Recording Studio and Movie (C) are the main points of interest within the Business Strategy domain (D). 7 Zoning Public SemiPrivate Private After analyzing the sun path over this location it became clear that the sun mostly hits the Southeast face of the building. This helps to understand where to locate certain zones that need the most sunlight while working. Keeping in mind Red Bull s socia`l culture, these three layouts provide adequate integration of public and semiprivate spaces so that the community can feel like part of the company culture. Design Guidelines Using Red Bull s culture, create a central hub that influences collaboration between public and private spaces. Focus on using materials that allow sunlight to travel throughout the space.
