Venue Messukeskus Helsinki, Messuaukio 1, Helsinki tel , Organiser Easyfairs, Hämeentie 157, Helsinki tel , Delivery address Tue 13th Mar 2018 from 7am to 8pm Mark any deliveries with the following information: Easyfairs Ecommerce + Shop Tech 2018 Exhibitor/ stand number Messukeskus Messuaukio HELSINKI Constructing stands The exhibition stands can be decorated and furnished on Tue 13th Mar 2018 from 7am to 8pm. The door in use are 3.4 and 3.6. Driving in the exhibition halls ends at 4pm after which carpets are installed. The additional construction day is Mon 12th Mar 2018 from 7am to 10pm and it costs VAT for one exhibition stand. Additional stands are VAT. The prices are for one constructor per day. For more information, please contact customer service , customer.service@messukeskus.com Each dismantling hour exceeding the official dismantling hours costs VAT per each stand. The maximum stand height is 2.5 meters.

2 2 Opening hours The event is open for visitors on 14 th Mar from 9am to 5pm and 15 th Mar from 9am to 4pm. The entrances used are Southern and Northern. The exhibitors can bring goods to their stands from 7am to 9am before the doors open for visitors and use door 3.4 for delivering items. Dismantling exhibition stands Thu 14th Mar 2018 from 4pm to midnight, doors 3.4 and 3.6. NB! The exhibition stands can be dismantled only after the event closes at 4pm. No items are to be placed on the aisles before the carpets have been removed. Driving in the halls is permitted after the carpets have been removed. If any dismantling operations are done prior to 4pm, the exhibitor will be facing a fine. Reclaiming items Any items left in the exhibition halls after dismantling are removed by Niemi Messupalvelut Oy. Messukeskus Helsinki will charge the exhibitor for this service if not otherwise agreed prior to the event. Alcoholic beverages A special license is required for serving alcoholic beverages and these licenses are handled by Fazer Ravintolat. The exhibitors are not allowed to bring their own alcoholic beverages to Messukeskus Helsinki and all the arrangements concerning serving alcohol must be done in cooperation with Fazer Ravintolat, tel , fazer.sales@messukeskus.com Booking meeting rooms Make the most of your participation and invite your key customers to personal meetings. Messukeskus Helsinki offers a variety of meeting rooms for all types of events. Contact the Conference Centre for booking meeting rooms: sales@messukeskus.com. Cleaning services The following cleaning services are included in your participation: cleaning after construction and before the event opens for visitors, cleaning after the first fair day, and cleaning after the event. Additional cleaning services can be ordered from SOL Palvelut Oy, tel , sol@messukeskus.com. Cloakroom The cloakroom is open half an hour before the event is open for visitors. The service costs 3 and can be paid with cash or card.

3 3 Complaints Any complaints are to be made in writing during the event. Delivering goods No passenger cars are allowed in the exhibition halls unless pulling a trailer. Larger vehicles can drive into the halls to quickly unload goods to the exhibition stand. All vehicles must be removed from the exhibition area as quickly as possible. There are special carts for taking smaller amounts of goods from the parking area to the exhibition stand. Lifting and transfer services can be ordered from Niemi Messupalvelut Oy, expo@niemi.fi. Electricity and lighting The organiser is responsible for the general lighting of the premises. All electrical work at Messukeskus Helsinki is done by Are Oy Talotekniikka. All electricity on the exhibition stands is switched off 30 minutes after the event closes. In case you need electricity after that, make sure to order it separately. Exhibitor's passes The exhibitor's passes are to be printed before arriving at Messukeskus Helsinki. The passes are mandatory also during the construction and dismantling hours. Print them from the My Easyfairs service. Exhibition Office in the Upper Gallery Exhibitors can place more orders in the Exhibition Office located in the Upper Gallery, tel or Exhibiton office is open Tue 13th Mar from 8am to 7pm, on Wed 14th Mar from 8am to 11am. The producers of Easyfairs are on call at the Business Point in case the Exhibition Office is closed. Food If food is prepared or served on your exhibition stand, the Environment Center of the City of Helsinki must be notified. You can fill in and send the form trough: asiointi.hel.fi -> ympäristö or by ulkomyynti@hel.fi.special attention is to be put on sanitary issues and washing hands must be possible on the stand. If a sewer connection is not possible, a special container with a faucet and warm water must be placed on the stand. Forwarding In case a forwarding agent or a delivery service is used, a recipient must be on the exhibition stand to sign for the items. You can also order forwarding services from Niemi Messupalvelut Oy, tel , expo@niemi.fi.

4 4 Insurances Do not leave your stand unattended. When the event closes for the day, make sure to take all valuables with you or place them somewhere safe. Messukeskus Helsinki is not liable for compensating any losses due to thefts and the exhibitor is responsible for acquiring the needed insurances. Ordering technical services Make sure to place orders on time as the prices go up starting from 12th Feb emessukeskus is an online service for exhibitors ( It contains important information for each event and provides an easy way to place orders. The username and password are ed to the exhibitor. In case of any problems with the service or if you have questions, please contact customer service tel Parking Parking is always subject to a charge at Messukeskus Helsinki, including construction days. One time parking fee is 12 for the visitors, 10 for the exhibitors. Parking and cloakroom vouchers can be ordered in advance from the emessukeskus online service and also purchased from the Exhibition Office and from the cashiers at the Northern Entrance. Preordered parking vouchers will be posted. Plants Plants can be rented or bought from Ambius, tel , viherkasvivuokraus@ambius.com Restaurant services During construction: Eat & Meet restaurant. More exact details coming later. During dismantling: More exact details coming later. During exhibition: The Eat & Meet restaurant in the Upper Gallery. Brasserie Terra Nova at the Hotel Holiday Inn is open from 11am to 11pm. Stop & Shop Café. More exact details coming later. A cup of coffee is 2 with the exhibitor's pass. Safety No items are to be stored between exhibition stands due to the fire safety regulations. Also the fire extinguishers are to be easily accessed and no items are to placed around them. All materials on the exhibition stands must meet the standards of the fire safety regulations in Finland. Smoking is not allowed in the exhibition halls. Waste management Messukeskus Helsinki provides ECO stations for disposing waste from the exhibition stands. A special notification must be made to the event's Technical Coordinator in the case of hazardous waste and oil waste. Water supply There is a water supply station in hall 5.
