The preliminary screening has already been completed. Now final selection will be done through a design competition for preparing a concept plan for the proposed Tourist resort at Chandannagar, Hooghly Brief requirements of the project: Ground floor 1. One banquet hall of 4000sqft carpet area with at least 16-0 clear height. 2. Pre function area 3. Separate toilet facilities for guests 4. 2Nos. rooms with attached toilet. 5. Separate Kitchen for banquet. 6. Resort reception, lobby, back up office seater restaurant. 8. Separate Kitchen for resort. Mezzanine floor. 1. Bar facility with toilets 2. Drivers accommodation First floor to 16 double bed guest room with attached toilet Nos. 6 bedded dormitory. 3. Staff accommodation 4. Games room. (TT/ Caroms/ Children s play area) Second floor to 12 double bed guest rooms 2. One Special suit for V.I.P This proposal should have a provision for additional 2(Two) floors in future. Entire development should be air conditioned. Existing palm trees are to be retained. Rain water harvesting and waste management system should be provided. Landscaping and compound lighting should be detailed.

2 01. QUALIFICATION CRITERION FOR THE PARTICIPANTS: Only short listed architect/architect farms (as per annexure-i) are eligible to participate. 02. DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED AS TECHNICAL BID SUBMISSION PROCEDURE. A. List of work experience Annexure-I (enclose copies of experience certificate/credentials) B. One sealed envelope containing a concept proposal of the project which consist of- 1. Hard copy one opaque sheet of Key plans, All floor plans, elevation, sections, atleast one color 3D perspective drawing of the building of minimum A3 size sheet. 2. A concept note on the design idea including methodology to be adopted for the works. 3. One soft copy (in DVD) containing all the above document for power point presentation. 03. Concept design with all relevant and required documents as mentioned under technical bid will have to be submitted in a sealed envelope indicating Technical bid along with hard copies of drawings in a sealed roll/packet, mentioning Technical Bid for the Project. Soft copy of the concept design with drawings are also to be submitted. Note: Submitted drawings not to be folded. 04. One prebid meeting will be held on 11 th September at 2:00PM at Udayachal Tourist Lodge, DG-2, Sector II, Salt Lake near Arakha Bhawan. 05. LAST DATE, TIME AND PLACE OF SUBMISSION: All the technical and Financial bid is to be submitted to the Technical Advisor, WBTDCL, 1 st floor, Udayachal Tourist Lodge, DG-2, Sector-II, Salt Lake on 15 th September 2017 on or before 2:00PM. Any submission after stipulated date and time will summarily be rejected. 06. SELECTION/EVALUATION PROCEDURE. Technical evaluation committee will evaluate the submitted technical bid documents. Selection will be made as below for the scheme. 1. Concept plan presentation -80 Marks 2. Credential of similar nature of work 20Marks. Total 100 Marks

3 To qualify the bidders will have to get minimum 70 Marks. lf adequate no. of bidders does not qualify in technical evaluation, second call of the R.F.p may be floated. The bidder will be called upon for detailed demonstration to the Technical Evaluation committee after opening of Technical bids. Site plon is attoched.
