6 Our team We ve got a great team of dedicated office and site-based construction professionals in our six regional divisions, with an incredible range of experience and expertise. As well as our own specialist teams, we ve built up a strong network of trusted consultants, subcontractors and suppliers. We pride ourselves in being able to resource and build complex projects safely, efficiently, within budget and to a high level of quality. 8 Our expertise Naylor Love offers a full range of commercial construction services, including: Stunning new builds employing state-of-theart technology, methodology and materials, including engineered timber, base isolation & raft foundations and green buildings. Redevelopment of existing buildings, including listed heritage buildings, seismic strengthening and weathertightness remediation. Specialist Interiors teams who manage fitouts on our larger projects, and also undertake specialist stand-alone fitout and refurbishment contracts. Design and build projects, where we work under a single contract to provide design and construction services, providing a low risk turn-key solution for our clients. Pre-construction services, ranging from Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) and Building Information Modelling (BIM) to ongoing solutionsfocused buildability advice. 08
