2 Diamond Tour Itinerary Sunday 17th November 2013 Evening International Economy Flight from London Heathrow / Gatwick to Brisbane International Airport InFlight Monday18th November 2013 In Flight Tuesday 19th November (8 nights inc breakfast) On arrival at Brisbane you will be met by our tour manager who will transfer your hotel the Pullman King George l, rooms may not be available until the designated check-in time. Wednesday 20th November 2013 A free day inbrisbane a chance to get to know the city with our inclusive city Sightseeing Cruise. In the evening meet up with other members of your party for a Welcome Dinner. Thursday 21st November - Monday 26th November st Ashes Test Between Thursday 21st and Monday 26th Following breakfast in the hotel we will make the short journey to the Brisbane Cricket Ground The Gabba for the First Ashes Test of the series 2013/4. Your seats will be in the Southern Stand Upper level (Gold) Make your own way back to the hotel at the end of each day. Evenings at leisure. Wednesday 27th November Saturday 30th November (3 nights inc breakfast) An early transfer to Brisbane Airport for your domestic flight to Cairns in Tropical North Queensland. A four night stay in Cairns at the Shangri- La the Marina which is well situated in the Cairns Marina. This is your opportunity to discover the wonders of Tropical Queensland our Diamond tour includes a full day Quicksilver Outer Barrier Reef Cruise including lunch at Agincourt Reef, one of the wonders of the world. Visit Cape Tribulation(additional cost) or a Full or Half day white water rafting.(additional cost). Take a 30 minute helicopter ride over the rainforest and the Great Barrier Reef (additional cost) Sunday1st December December (2 nights inc breakfast) Barossa Valley Wine Tour Transfer from the Shangri La Hotel Cairns to the Airport for your flight to Adelaide, on arrival you will be transferred to the Barossa Valley where we will spend two nights in this beautiful winegrowing region, with touring and wine tasting included. Tuesday 3rd December 2013 Adelaide (8nts accommodation inc breakfast) Today we transfer you back to Adelaide to the Stamford Plaza Hotel where you will have the opportunity to spend the remainder of day at your leisure visiting the beautiful City of Adelaide. Thursday 5th 9th December 2013 Adelaide 2nd Ashes Test Day one second Ashes test at the Adelaide Oval our hotel the Stamford Plaza is close to the ground so it is possible to make your way on foot for the start and and of play each day. Your seats fort he ground will be in the new Southern Stand. Evenings at Leisure Tuesday 10th December 2013 A final day at leisure in Adelaide with the chance to relax or see some more of this fascinating city or its surrounding attractions. Take a half day City Sights Tour of Adelaide (not included) Wednesday 11th December 2013 Sunday 22 December Perth (11 nights inc breakfast) Early departure from hotel to Adelaide Airport to catch you flight to Perth where we transfer you to the Hotel Pan Pacific for ten nights. On Thursday 11th we include a tour of the major sights of the City of Perth. Friday 13th December th December Perth 3rd Ashes Test Match Day one of the third Ashes test match.the hotel is well situated so you will be able to take the short walk to the WACA for the start of the third test on Friday 13th December. Your Gold seats will be situated in the Northern PerimeterMake your own way back at the end of each days play Evenings at leisure. Friday 18 th December 2013 Monday 22rd December (2 night s accommodation inc breakfast) We Journey to to the Port Denison for lunch followed by Greeough Flats, then via Geralton and Northampton to Shark Bay to our accommodation at Monkey Mia. Overnight Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort or similar We spend time at Monkey Mia with a chance to interact with the Dolphins (not guaranteed). After lunch in Denham the afternoon is spent at Shell beach and the Stromatolites. We then travel to Kalbarri National Park via Hawkes Head.Overnight Kalbarri Edge Resoort or similar. Day three as we travel back towards Perth we stop fr lunch at the rocklobster fishing village of Crervantes and stroll through Pinnacles Desert before arriving back at the Pan Pacific hotel in Perth. *Should you wish to spend this time in the Red Centre we will happily make these arrangements on your behalf. Please note this would not be escorted and would attract some additional costs. Please be mindful at this time of the year it is extremely hot in Alice Springs.

Evening at leisure *Should you wish to spend this time in the Red Centre or in Bali we will happily make these arrangements on your behalf. Please note this would not be escorted and would attract some additional costs. Please be mindful at this time of the year it is extremely hot in Alice Springs. Saturday 21st December 2013 Sunday 22 December 2013 Return to the Pan Pacific Hotel and over the next two days you will have time to Explore the beautiful Cities of Perth and Freemantle, relax on Cottesloe Beach or take a stroll in Kings Park. Friday 3rd January 2014 Tuesday 7th January th Ashes Test Day one of the 5th and final test match following breakfast our hotel the Four Points Sheraton is just a short walk from the SCG. Gold Tickets for all five days in the Victor Trumper Stand At the end of play each evening find your own way back to the hotel. Evenings at leisure, except the 6th January when we will hold our farewell dinner with an ex England or Australian cricketer. Wednesday 8th January Departure transfer to Sydney Airport for your International flight home Thursday 9th January Arrive Heathrow Monday 23rd December Tuesday 31st December 2013 (8 nights) Depart Perth Airport to Melbourne where you will be transferred to your hotel the GrandHyatt. Evening at leisure Tuesday 24th December Wednesday 25th December 2013 Christmas Eve spend the day taking in the major attractions then on Christmas day join us for Christmas lunch (venue TBC) before the start of the forth test at the MCG on Boxing day. Thursday 26th December - Monday 30th December 4th Ashes Test Match Day ones of the 4th Ashes Test match take the short walk (15 min) to the MCG from the hotel each morning following breakfast. Your seats will be situated in the Southern Stand or Level 2 Ponsford Stand At the end of play each evening find your own way back to the hotel. Tuesday December 31st 2013 Wednesday 8h January Sydney (8 nights) Transfer from your Melbourne Hotel to the Airport for your flight to Sydney where you will be transported to the hotel The Four Points Sheraton. 5 Optional Tours Ocean Spirit Cruises An Ocean Spirit Cruises coach will pick you up from your hotel for your transfer to Cairns Marlin Jetty, the departure point of your cruise. At 8.00am board your vessel to commence a full day cruise to Michaelmas Cay. Travel aboard a 32 metre luxury sailing catamaran to Michaelmas Cay, which is a picturesque vegetated Sand Cay encircled by a superb fringing reef. The Cay is a National Park and a protected sanctuary for migratory seabirds. Lunch is included. Enjoy four hours on the Reef where you can choose from a range of activities including snorkelling, semi-submersible tours and guided beach walks. 7 Terms & Conditions 1. These conditions are to be read as part of and in conjunction with The Cricket Tour website pages () of Quality Player Cricket Tours (thereafter referred to as QP or The Company ). Quality Player Cricket Tours is the trading name of Bravo Travel whose registered office is 6, Lower Grosvenor Place, London SW1 W0EN England. 2. Reservations, Deposit & Payment: are subject to availability and will only be confirmed upon receipt of the completed booking form and a deposit payment equal to 30% of the listed tour price, plus 100% of the airfare cost. The deposit is accepted in part payment of the agreed cost of the booking, as per the confirmation invoice from Quality Player Cricket Tours Limited. A contract exists between QP and the signatory on the booking form from the date shown on the confirmation invoice. Please check this invoice carefully. Full payment is due no later than 100 days prior to the commencement of the tour. Bookings made within 100 days of commencement of the tour may be charged a surcharge depending on hotel and airline booking requirements. Payment may be made by cheque, banker s draft, credit card (Visa/ Mastercard/American Express), debit card (Visa, Debit/Visa Electron/ Switch/ JCB Maestro) or bank transfer. A supplement of 2% is payable on American Express and 3% on all other credit and/or debit card payments. If for any reason QP has not received payment/ balance by the due dates then QP reserves the right to cancel your booking and levy a cancellation charge as per our cancellation terms, in accordance with Clause (6). 3. Booking Form: The person signing the booking form warrants that he or she has the authority of the persons therein designated, whether by name or not, to make this booking on their behalf subject to the conditions herein contained. All travel documentation and other information will be sent to the person who has signed the booking form. 4. Your Protection: The air holidays and flights on www. qualityplayer.co.uk are ATOL protected, since Bravo Travel hold an Air Travel Organiser s Licence granted by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is ATOL In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money that you have paid to us for an advance booking. Tour Variations: Clients who wish to vary arrangements from the specified itinerary are liable for any increase in cost, including any commissions, taxes and/or administration charges imposed by the relevant supplier(s) and QP. Clients who do not travel as part of the group will be responsible to make their own way to and from the airport(s) and/or hotels, at their own expense. 6. Cancellation by You: In addition to any cancellation fees which may be levied by suppliers (airlines, hotels, land operators, cricket ticket suppliers etc.), the following fees will be charged for each person cancelling a tour as compensation for labour and expenses undertaken on behalf of the tour member: More than 100 days of the start of the tour, 30% of the total cost of the tour; Within 100 days of the start of the tour, 100% of the total cost of the tour. Cancellations must be made in writing by the person who signed the booking form, in accordance with Clause (16). Cancellation date will apply from the date it was received by QP. 7. Booking Amendments: Once the deposit has been paid, any amendment to the tour booking will incur an administration fee of 50.00, plus any additional charges levied by airlines and overseas or domestic operators. 8. Pre Tour Cancellation by QP: The Company reserves the right to cancel any booking if the minimum number of participants required for a tour to take place is not reached. If a tour is cancelled for this reason we will advise you at least 60 days prior to the scheduled departure date. The Company also reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time without being under any obligation to assign a reason. If we cancel your tour within 60 days of departure we will offer you an alternative holiday of comparable standard. If there are any extra charges for this holiday, then these are to be borne by you. Alternatively we will refund all monies paid. 9. On Tour Cancellation by QP: QP and their representatives reserve the right to terminate your tour at any time, without refund, if your behaviour or that of any person in your touring party is reasonably deemed by QP likely to cause damage, distress, danger or annoyance to any of our customers or employees or their property or to any third party or their property. 10. Force Majeure: This means that we will not pay you compensation if we have to cancel or change your travel arrangements due in any way because of the following: war, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, civil strife, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, technical or maintenance problems to transport, closure of airports or other unforeseen circumstances that may amount to force majeure. Routings and itineraries can be affected by adverse weather, road closures or other reasons and may vary accordingly. We shall endeavour to advise you of these changes as soon as we are aware of them. 11. Alterations to Tour Itineraries & Prices: Our tours are planned months in advance and are occasionally subject to changes beyond our control. Therefore all prices quoted are based on tariffs and exchange rates current at the time of printing and are subject

8 Terms & Conditions to increase without any prior notice on an increase in the basic tariffs or exchange fluctuations which may take place prior to the commencement of the tour. If major changes occur, such as a resort change to a lower category, we will offer you the following choices: a) Accept the alternative offered and any compensation payment, or additional cost, that may apply. b) Cancel your tour with a full refund of monies paid, although no compensation will be payable. We are not liable to pay compensation if we are forced to cancel or make any changes to your tour due to situations outside of our control. This includes cancellation or postponement of a sporting fixture, celebrity appearance or any other changes outside of the control of QP. If you are unable to travel for any reason, it is at the absolute discretion of QP whether to allow a transfer of the booking name. An administration fee may occur depending on the time of transfer. 12. Travel insurance: The tour participant must ensure that they have insurance cover. That it is sufficient to cover his or her personal requirements, or to sign an appropriate indemnity form as supplied by QP. 13. Complaints and Refunds: Complaints should be notified immediately to your QP tour representative/agent, so that he/she can attempt to resolve the problem without delay. Any application for a part or full refund for any reason, or for a variation of these conditions of booking, must be made in writing to QP by the person who signed the booking form, in accordance with Clause (16). Refunds will not be made in respect of unused accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, tickets, transfers or any other services which are included in the tour cost but not utilised by the tour member(s). All refund requests must be made no later than 28 days following the end of the tour. Any refunds are made at the absolute discretion of QP. 14. Third Parties: No agents, representatives, conductors or any other persons not employed by QP are authorised to promise to refund any sums paid or to remit any sums payable either wholly or in part or to agree to any variation of these conditions of booking. a particular carrier will be subject to the conditions of carriage of that carrier, some of which may limit or exclude liability. Operational decisions may be taken by air carriers and airports resulting in delays, diversions and rescheduling, QP has no control over these decisions and therefore does not accept any responsibility for them. QP accepts no other liability for loss or damage unless expressly stated in these conditions. 16. Notices: Where notice is to be given in writing to any party to this agreement it may be served by leaving it at the registered office or last known address of that party or by sending it by prepaid first class post or facsimile to the party s registered office or last known address within the United Kingdom. A properly addressed and prepaid notice sent by first class post or airmail (as the case may be) shall be deemed to have been served at an address within the United Kingdom at the expiry of two days after the notice is posted. Where a notice is given by facsimile, service shall be deemed to be effected on receipt of telephone or other confirmation of its receipt. 17. Jurisdiction: Your contract is governed by English law and each party shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. 18. Arbitration: Any dispute between the parties about any matter relating to this agreement which cannot be resolved by the parties within 60 days of notice of the dispute being served by one party on the other will be referred to arbitration agreed between the parties, or, on failure to agree within 30 days of a written request by one party to the other appointed on the application of either party by the then President of the Law Society. 19. Data Protection Policy: QP will only pass your personal information to suppliers (e.g. airlines, hotels etc.) and relevant authorities (e.g. governments) as required to complete your tour arrangements. 20. General: If any part of these booking conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, then the remainder of these booking conditions will not be affected and will remain valid and enforceable. 15. Our Responsibility: QP accepts liability for matters that arise as a direct result of our negligence or a breach of our contractual duty in making arrangements for you, including any acts or omissions by our employees or agents, in respect of any claim involving death, personal injury or illness. This includes the actions of our suppliers whilst they are acting within the scope of their employment to provide a service or arrangement forming part of the tour that you have booked with QP. In respect of travel by air, sea, rail or road and the provision of accommodation, our liability in all cases is limited to the relevant international conventions. Please note that travel with
