October 2018 Newsletter Fly for the Cure with The Paragon Network throughout the month of October The Paragon Network continues to raise awareness for breast cancer with their Fly for a Cure campaign during the month of October. To raise awareness, participating members of the Paragon Network will be handing out various items including Fly for a Cure bracelets, pens, and coffee mugs. In addition, a portion of their fuel or service revenue will be donated to organizations supporting the prevention and treatment of breast cancer. Paragon Aviation Group will also be making a donation to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation for every online survey completed during the month of October. Ross Aviation joined The Paragon Network in November of 2016 with two locations. Noticeable growth and collective benefits throughout the network occurred with the

5 Silverhawk Aviation AVANCE L5 STC Approved for Cessna Citation Fly Into Henriksen Jet Center (KEDC) for Formula 1 in Austin, TX The FAA has approved Silverhawk Aviation s Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) for the Gogo AVANCE L3 system for the Cessna Citation XL/XLS/XLS+ aircraft and the Gogo AVANCE L3 and L5 systems for the Cessna Citation 560, Ultra, and Encore and Encore+ aircraft. These STCs will complement the previously approved STC for the Gogo AVANCE L5 system for the Cessna Citation XL/XLS/XLS+ aircraft. The STC includes the installation of the Gogo AVANCE L3 and L5 system components and The pinnacle of motorsports is returning to Texas for a three-day celebration of speed and sound in Austin, TX from October 19th - 21st!
