The service I receive is always better than expected. Frequently when I taxi up, I have this thought. "Just think how small and fragile a snowflake is, yet when they all work together, we know what they can accomplish." I see a team all working together. There must be some good management, followed by great communication between the front desk and the line staff. Keep up the good work. - Hilary G. on Fargo Jet Center (KFAR) We recently flew into KISM and chose Odyssey for our FBO. Upon taxiing in we were met by Jelena, who guided us into the ramp. The rental car was ready and waiting for us on the ramp. This was one of the quickest times we have been on the ground and then on our way after landing and leaving the plane with an FBO. Odyssey is a very nice FBO facility. Reasonably priced hangar space and fuel. CSRs Sam, Debra, and Sienna were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. It is a pleasure to find an FBO that has great customer service from arrival to departure. Based on other reviews of Odyssey, we agree that they consistently get it right. Highly recommend Odyssey when flying into KISM. - Bruce G. on Odyssey Aviation (KISM) Nice facility and nice people. I wish more FBOs were like this. Always a pleasure to visit here. Line guys were very helpful - gave me a parking spot out of the way where I could lock the rudder on my King Air 350. This is a great CAA location. - Dan H. on Fontainebleau Aviation (KOPF) Stopped into FJC for a quick turn. Great experience! Bryan L. Marshaled me in and fueled my aircraft immediately. Was very careful moving the aircraft due to traffic on the ramp. Those of us who have had hangar rash know how much that is appreciated. Megan, at the CSR desk, was excellent getting me in and out with a crew car for a quick errand. She also noticed a problem with my account and addressed it before I returned. Awesome! Wish I had a few more minutes to spend by the fire... Great stop! Competent and helpful ATC services both from Columbus Approach and OSU tower personnel. Line service and front desk personnel are both courteous and efficient. A special shout out to Roger Tucker who heads up the Maintenance division here. On a recent trip, a maintenance issue was discovered upon landing that required us to leave the plane overnight on a weekend. Counter personnel assisted me with a

9 rental car, on Monday morning, Roger prioritized my aircraft into his maintenance operation (which is so busy they have a night shift). My plane was inspected, tested and returned to service in very prompt fashion at a reasonable cost. - Bob W. on The Ohio State University Airport (KOSU) Best FBO in Minnesota! Flew my Piper Warrior in to Flying Cloud Airport on a cold December morning to pick up passengers, and I was greeted by 3 line technicians who offered to get me anything and had the fuel truck ready. Yes the old building had its "charm" but the building now is so much more open and the views are amazing.
