2 Jet Aviation German FBO Network Jet Aviation and Kurz Aviation Service provide a total network solution within Germany. The companies manage a combined total of 9 FBOs in Germany, which are available to all customers through one point of contact. All of our premises include: VIP customer lounges Crew lounges Meeting rooms Our teams of highly experienced staff members are ready to serve you and assist with any special requests. Our services include: Domestic and international handling Complete line services Aircraft cleaning Fueling Hangaring of your aircraft Transport- and hotel arrangement Many other services you or your customers require Jet Aviation and Kurz Aviation Service offer a seamless experience for their customers in Germany, including exchange of nation-wide operational and service-relevant flight data. The FBOs include Berlin Tegel and Schönefeld, Dusseldorf and Munich (Jet Aviation), Cologne, Egelsbach, Frankfurt and Stuttgart and Leipzig (Kurz Aviation Service). All airport related fees, such as landing- and take off charges are collected in the name and on behalf of Flughafen Düsseldorf GmbH, P.O. 3 1) Mandatory Infrastructure Charges ( MIC ) Mandatory Infrastructure Charges are infrastructure fees applicable to all Business- and General Aviation Flights at Düsseldorf International Airport. The following costs and services are : - Follow Me GA Apron, apply to remove chocks - Communication and information transmission with DFS - Use of GA Apron - Administrative Charges - One transportation per arriving and departing aircraft between aircraft ( on GA ramp only ) and Executive Terminal - Access to public lounge - Access to crew lounge - Tele briefing/self briefing facilities - Towing to refueling ( on GA apron only ) - CAT 1 aircraft waste disposal infrastructure The MIC will be raised independently from the taken up achievement Other charges: Aircraft category MTOW MIC ( EURO per landing ) Up to / including 2 tons Up to / including 3 tons Up to / including 5.69 tons Up to / including 10 tons Up to / including 15 tons Up to / including 20 tons Up to / including 30 tons Up to / including 50 tons Above 50 tons A surcharge will be added to the MIC for arrival and/or departure outside of normal working hours for non-jet Aviation Executive Handling customers. Please ask our Operation for the FBO Network Germany Services & prices Airport taxes/ concession fees of 12% are applied on al basic handling and additional services. Nighttime: net / landing between 23:00 and 06:00LT, terminal operations and manpower for the first hour Extra manpower: net per hour; Credit Card Fee: 3 % of total invoice amount Accepted Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American express, Maestro Remarks: - Fueling surcharge during curfew hours is net - Any aircraft not in the above list, will be billed according to its MTOW as per classes one to seven - We add disbursement fee on 3 rd party invoices concerning services or fees paid on your behalf, with exception of airport infrastructure fees ( e.g. landing fees, parking fees ) We shall gladly render any other service not mentioned that you may require. Please do not hesitate to contact us. 2) Passenger & guest car parking Jet Aviation provides parking for passengers and guests using the terminal if parking spots available. Reservation not possible. 4 3) Transportation service We shall gladly render any transportation and limousine service on your behalf through own or 3 rd party providers. Please contact us if needed. 4) Hotel Arrangements We shall gladly render any hotel reservation on your behalf. Hotel rates are greatly fluctuating during trade shows, therefore we have arranged fixed rates during high seasons at various airport and downtown hotels if available. Please contact us if needed. 5) Conference Room Jet Aviation s Executive Terminal includes parking space, conference room, lounges and comfortable guest amenities suitable for a wide variety from multiple-day events to quick meetings in between flights. We will be happy to plan your event. We are located at the airport and close to Düsseldorf downtown and the Ruhr area. Our front desk staff will gladly answer all your questions.
