Only if advised by phone, the car will wait extra time. Anyway, any supplement will be charged and paid by the agency or direcly to the paxs themselves to the driver. 9 ROME AIRPORT SHUTTLE DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE FCO/CIA TO HTL Rates per person from 01/11/2014 to 31/03/16 Price per person: 16,00 - night supplement 09:01 pm to 6:59 am euro 4,50 This service is available every day from and to Fiumicino airport and from and to Ciampino airport. The conditions are summarized as follows: 1. For every booking your are requested to transmit all clients details: dates of arrival/departure, times withfull flight details and the name of the client s hotel. 2. You will give to your client a voucher (without any price stated) 3. The pick-up for the arrival transfer in FIUMICINO airport will be made: From A.M. To P.M. An assistant with a sign stating the client s name will wait for the clients at the meeting point of Terminal T3. If any problem arises clients can ask for assistance to the desk COTAV, located in the same terminal T3, And show their voucher to our employer From P.M. To A.M. The driver will wait your customer with a sign stating the client s name at the meeting point of terminal T3 in front of the desk cotav. The driver will wait no more than 30 minutes if the flight has been delayed or if the client does not arrive at the meeting and the flight is landed. 4. The pick-up for the arrival transfer in CIAMPINO airport will be made: From To Directly by the arrival terminal; the driver will wait your customer with a sign stating the client s name at the arrival terming where the flight has been scheduled. The driver will wait no more than 30 minutes if the flight has been delayed or if the client does not arrive at the meeting and the flight is landed 5. The pick-up for the return transfer to the airport will be approximately 3 hours and 45 minutes before the flight departure). The transfer from central hotels to airports usually takes from 40 minutes to 60 minutes. 6. The driver will wait at the reception of the hotel for the return transfer with a 20-minute tolerance maximum. Therefore the client is kindly requested to be at the hotel reception 5 minutes before the scheduled meeting and,being a shuttle service, allow 20 minute tolerance 7. Cancellation requests and amendments as well must be notified at least 24 working hours before the service. Cancellations received less than 24 working hours before the departure and no show passenger will be totally invoiced. 8. This type of transfer is operated by an 8-seat minibus for more than 4 persons booked at the same time. 9. This is not a private service; the shuttle might stop for 1 or more pick up/ drop off during the journey Time to pick up / drop off other clients booked at the same time This service is assured : From hotel to Fiumicino and Ciampino airports : 24 hours per day From fiumicino and ciampino airports to hotel : 24 hours per day Note: we cannot offer the shuttle from and to ciampino or fiumicino for some hotels due their location. Information: - In order to guaranty a better service to the guests, it will be at Albatravel discretion to decide the best way to do the transfer from the Airport to Venice Island and vv. These transfer could be done with direct water taxi or with water taxi + coach; the choice will depend on the position of the Hotel where clients stay, on the weather condition, on events or festivities present in the city that could be create inconvenience and on the transfers- booked time. We want also to let you note that on the occasion of the Vernissage and the inauguration of the 56th Biennale Arte (from for about one week), there could be some slowing down and long wait for the transfer services. There will be the same situation during the 72nd International Film Festival (2/ ). We suggest for these dates to close the selling of the shuttle services and to advise clients about the situation. Each transfer includes the TRANSPORT (not the porterage) of only 1 bag pp. ATTENTION: any extra bag although it s a hand luggage, it will be charged as an extra bag and it has to be paid on the spot unless differently indicated by the agency on the booking. - the porterage IS NEVER INCLUDED, except for the transfers for which is indicated on the contract, unless differently indicated by the booking agency on the booking. - the following contract regards FIT with 1 bag pp, in case that clients will have more than 1 bag pp, especially if it regards small groups, it s compulsory to do an ad hoc quote or please check on the contract to use the rate for more than 1 water taxi or separate porterage. - in case bookings will regard old guest or guest with small walking difficulties, it has to be specified during the booking due to allow as to organize the service as better as possible. Our assistants are not qualified health worker; therefore they do not have the insurance coverage, so they cannot give any physical assistance to the clients. - in case bookings will regard guest on wheelchair and/or with big walking difficulties, it should be compulsorily indicated during the booking and quoted ad hoc (in case of wheelchair presence please indicate client s weight, if equipped with a motorized wheelchair and its same weight). Please remember to all guests that: - some hotels in Venice are ABSOLUTELY not reachable directly with water taxi, some others have difficult pier and others also if they are on a canal, due to traffic limits are either not reachable, so if you will not add the difficult pier supplement nor the porterage, clients will have to walk taking their 12

If there are bad weather condition (for ex. high/low tide) also if you add difficult pier supplement there could be the possibility that water taxi cannot enter till the hotel pier. In this case we will refund to the clients the supplement. - From the Airport arrival hall to the Airport taxi pier and vv there are 7/10 minutes by walk - The confirmation of the received booking is not a confirmation of correct price or rate (that is as per contract) but it s only a confirmation of the same booking.
