CANCELLATION POLICY AND FEES: - Until 15 working days before departure no penalty - Between 14 & 7 working days before departure 25% - From 6 & 4 working days before departure 50% - From 3 days & no-show 100% Working days: from Monday to Friday In case of different cancellation policy we will notify it at the moment of the booking IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise your clients on their arrival in, to call our office in order to reconfirm all the pick up time of their excursions. Due to the frequent change of transportation and the type of transportation used it is compulsory to bring only one piece of hand luggage per person for excursions to the south of Italy, as the luggage handling can provoke several difficulties and often may be lost or damaged. We are not responsible for those passengers who do not follow these luggage restrictions. In the eventuality of extra luggage clients will be charged directly. 15 VENICE > ROME VENICE FLORENCE ROME DAY 1 Venice Welcome to Venice! After you touch down at the airport, make your own way to your hotel. Check in and enjoy your first day in Italy. DAY 2 Venice After breakfast at your hotel, meet at 9:00am for a walking tour starting at Piazza San Marco n 71/F (go to the tourism office near the Correr Museum). With the group, you will surely be amazed by the impressive Piazza and the Cathedral, before going next door to Doge s Palace (exterior only), a symbol of the glory and authority of Venice as it once housed the residence of the Dukes, the seat of government, and the Court of Justice. Nearby, you will see the legendary Bridge of Sighs. Spend the afternoon at your leisure. Overnight stay. DAY 3 Venice > Florence After the breakfast at your hotel you ll have free time to grab some last-minute souvenirs in Venice or to take your best picture. At the time indicated, reach Venice train station to head to Florence. Once there, make your own way to your hotel for an overnight stay. (Please note that transfers to Venice station and from Florence station to the hotel are not included). DAY 4 Florence Venture out into Florence on your own after breakfast at your hotel, buying jewelry on the Ponte Vecchio, wandering through the Boboli Gardens, and strolling along the Arno River. If you d rather take a day trip to nearby Pisa or San Gimignano, you may book a separate excursion. Return to your Florence hotel for overnight stay. DAY 5 Florence > After breakfast, meet your group at 9:15am. You will start at the corner of Piazza Stazione and Piazza dell Unitá and proceed with the group to the Duomo, the Baptistery with the bronze doors by Ghiberti, Giotto s Bell Tower, the Academy of Fine Arts with Michelangelo s original David, and Piazza della Signoria. In the afternoon reach the train station on your own. Take your train to for an overnight stay in Italy s capital city. DAY 6 After Breakfast at your hotel, spend the morning roaming around s streets and Monuments at your leisure.
