1 Thank you for your interest in our many exciting and romantic balloon tours. To help you plan your trip, please review the following package information and frequently asked questions. Package Description and Price List All of our ride programs may be purchased for a specific date or as a gift certificate. Gift certificates are mailed directly from our office or can be sent via as a.pdf attachment. Children, 12 and under, are ½ normal full fare price with paid adult. No children under 2 years old may ride and all passengers must stand in the basket. A release of liability waiver is required to ride with Magical Adventures. Single riders welcome! We fly year round in Temecula, Del Mar and Sedona. In Temecula and Sedona, we fly in the mornings at sunrise when the wind is calm and the air is cool. In Del Mar, we can only fly in the evenings before sunset. From October 1st until April 30th, we offer sunrise and sunset balloon rides in Palm Desert, near Palm Springs. Specialty Banners To help commemorate your special occasion, Magical Adventures can create a custom banner for your party. Happy Birthday.., Happy Anniversary.., Family Reunion.., whatever you desire the banner to read! At launch time, the banner will be displayed in front of the basket with your party inside for pictures. Afterwards, you take the banner home. Also includes a complimentary picture of your group with banner from Magical Adventures. $15.00 per banner. Non-customized Happy Birthday and Happy Anniversary banners are available for the souvenir picture at no charge. Birthday or Other Occasion Cakes A small two person decorated cake (chocolate or vanilla) can be ordered with 48 hour advance notice to commemorate your special day. $15.00 per cake. Pins & Souvenir Plates Balloon pins and innovative wine glass holding picnic plates are available for purchase. $5 each. Weddings For an unforgettable experience, get married in our hot air balloon, decorated with flowers and streaming ribbons. Your guests will follow in other balloons and listen to your vows over our aircraft radios. Also popular is leaving the church or reception in a hot air balloon, tossing the bouquet from the basket as you lift off. Call for quote. Page 1 of 8

2 Private Tether Rides Having a business grand opening, family reunion or other special occasion? We can provide our hot air balloon on a tether (secured by ropes to the ground), so your guests can ride in a hot air balloon from between 50 and 200 feet in the air. This is a great way to draw attention to your business as well as an unforgettable memory for family and friends. $600 per hour, 3 hour minimum Southern California locations. Transportation Option Round trip transportation from hotel locations in Los Angeles and Orange County is available for the one hour Temecula Sunrise Balloon Ride. Orange County $45.00 per person, Los Angeles $75.00 per person. BALLOONING IN TEMECULA Temecula Sunrise Balloon Ride Enjoy a scenic sunrise balloon ride over the orchards and vineyards of Temecula. Temecula Special ½ Hour Sunrise Introduction Flight This no-frills package is designed for riders on a tight budget or limited time. It includes just the morning balloon ride over the orchards and vineyards of Temecula. Space for this package is limited. No additional discount offered for this already low price. $99.00 per passenger. Temecula Sunrise Private Basket Flight Enjoy a private scenic sunrise balloon ride over the orchards and vineyards of Temecula. Your experience includes the balloon ride, premium champagne toast, breakfast at the South Coast Winery Resort and commemorative flight certificate with your picture. $550 for the first two passengers, $135 each additional passenger. 3 Temecula Dark into Daylight Flight Experience a unique night flight in a hot air balloon, glowing like a lantern in the dark. The flight continues for approximately one hour ending with a private scenic sunrise over the orchards and vineyards of Temecula. Your experience includes the balloon ride, premium champagne toast, breakfast at the south Coast Winery Resort and commemorative flight certificate with your picture. $600 for the first two passengers, $135 each additional passenger. Temecula Balloon Ride and Wine Tour Your adventure starts with an early morning shuttle pickup from your hotel in Los Angeles or Orange county. Enjoy a scenic sunrise balloon ride over the orchards and vineyards of Temecula. Your experience includes a 60 to 75 minute balloon ride, premium champagne toast (not the cheap stuff) and breakfast at the South Coast Winery Resort and Spa after your flight. Also included is a commemorative flight certificate with your picture. After breakfast, our tour guide takes you to three of the finest wineries in Temecula for wine tasting and shopping. Next, enjoy a self-guided walking tour of historic Old Town Temecula. 6 Locations, Directions and Meeting Times Temecula Directions to our meeting location in the Baron s Marketplace (in front of Starbuck s Coffee) in Temecula: Baron s Marketplace Rancho California Road Temecula, CA Take the Rancho California Road exit from Interstate 15 and go East (left coming from the North and right coming from the South) for approximately three (3) miles. Baron s Marketplace will be just past Meadows Parkway on the right hand side, before Butterfield Stage road. We meet in the center plaza, next to Starbuck s Coffee. Del Mar Directions to our meeting location in the Albertson s shopping center in Del Mar: Albertsons 2707 Via De La Valle Del Mar, CA We meet on the small lawn right next to the "Fast Key" Kisok in the parking lot near the Burger King in the Albertson's shopping center. From the Interstate Five (5) freeway take the # 36 exit (Via de la Valle) and go East two blocks to San Andres Dr. and turn right (south). PARK ON SAN ANDRES Dr. (not in the Albertson parking lot.) Palm Desert Directions to our meeting location in the Palm Springs area: Swiss Donut Shop Washington Street Palm Desert, CA We meet at the Swiss Donut Shop located on the southeast corner of Washington and Country Club Drive, near the Mobil gas station. 8 What if I need to cancel or change my reservation? Your space in our balloon is reserved by credit card or advance payment. We accept major credit cards. Your credit card is used for authorization only, so you may pay cash the morning of your flight. Our cancellation policy is 48 hours. If you cancel within 48 hours of your flight or fail to show up, no refund is given and full fare will be charged. What do I wear? We recommend wearing layered casual clothes, something you don t mind getting dusty, dirty or possibly stained. It is usually warm in the basket due to the burner used to heat the air. Please bring a hat and wear closed toe flat sole shoes. Are there any age restrictions or limitations? You must be in good general health. Pregnant women and people with pre-existing lower back problems should not ride. Children, 2 years and older, must keep both feet on the basket floor, we recommend children be tall enough to see over the basket, to prevent boredom. All passengers must be able to stand unassisted in the balloon. Wheelchair riders must book a private flight to prevent possible injury to other riders. You are required to read and sign a liability waiver in order to ride in our balloons. What if the weather is bad? Temecula Valley, Del Mar and Palm Desert have their own microweather system. The weather may often be sour in most of the rest of Southern California but just fine where we fly. We rarely cancel rides due to weather. However, if we must cancel due to weather, we offer a full refund or you can reschedule for another day. If you are part of our Balloon and Wine tour and our balloons cannot fly, the balloon ride portion is replaced with a visit to the Pechanga resort and casino and a full breakfast. We then continue with our normal wine tasting tour. What if I am afraid of heights? Believe it or not, most of our customers are afraid of heights. Because we are in an attached basket, riders do not experience the fear of falling sensation that one gets when looking over a ledge, concerned that the ground beneath will give way. Our flight includes terrain flying (like a magic carpet ride), floating just above the tree tops. You may even be able to pick fruit from the top of the orchards in Temecula! We smoothly climb up so that you may get a good look of the valley or Pacific Ocean. Most riders tell us that the balloon ride is as gentle as riding in an elevator. Tipping policy? Our entire staff is dedicated to providing you with excellent service. Tips make up a portion of the compensation for our pilots, ground crew, drivers and tour guides and are shared among all. Tipping is customary in our industry with 10% being the average. If you had a safe flight and enjoyable time, please remember to tip. Your gratuity is greatly appreciated. Page 8 of 8
