The ideal location for your oceanfront wedding ceremony, breathtaking reception and romantic honeymoon. Imagine walking across the manicured lawn to join your husband-to-be on the oceanfront for your own spectacular Whitsunday wedding. The romantic outdoor gazebo is the ideal location for the signing of the register. Have your Whitsunday wedding photos taken in the oceanfront tropical gardens, stroll along the boardwalk to picturesque Shelly Beach and Abel Point Marina, before capturing the breathtaking sunset scenes from the Jetty. Choose from a variety of wedding reception venues in Airlie Beach for your Whitsunday wedding the absolute waterfront and intimate Jetty Restaurant, the fully air conditioned Nautilus Room, the poolside lawn area or enjoy the stunning views from the Clipper Restaurant & Lounge. Hire of this venue will allow you and your guests to relax in the Tropical surrounds of the lawn The cost to hire this $ and this includes: Option 1 22 White Italian Resin folding chairs 1 6m long white aisle carpet Option 2 22 chairs covered with a modern white fi tted chair cover 1 6m long white aisle carpet If you are planning on only holding your ceremony at the Resort, there is a $1000 Ceremony Only Fee applicable to you. This option is only available from Mondays through to Thursdays excluding the months of September & October. Please note that an alternative venue will be available in the case of unsuitable weather

Private Jetty Our private jetty is a unique, romantic setting for a reception. It is located a small distance away from the main resort and is covered for all weather conditions.

The cost to hire this venue is $2200 and this includes: Option 1 Modern white or black fi tted chair cover for each chair White Chiffon Draping covering the entire jetty ceiling White Chiffon

3 Private Jetty Our private jetty is a unique, romantic setting for a reception. It is located a small distance away from the main resort and is covered for all weather conditions. The jetty caters for a minimum of 15 and maximum of 50 guests. Please note noise restrictions apply as no amplified music is allowed here. The Jetty is available for use from 5.30pm daily. The cost to hire this venue is $2200 and this includes: Option 1 Modern white or black fi tted chair cover for each chair White Chiffon Draping covering the entire jetty ceiling White Chiffon Curtains placed at each end of the Jetty Option 2 Modern white or black fi tted chair cover for each chair White Chiffon draping to form a canopy in 5 sections of the Jetty Ceiling fi nished with a paper lantern in the centre of each section White Chiffon Curtains placed at each end of the Jetty

Nautilus Room Our fully air conditioned Nautilus Room has ocean views, includes a dance floor, PA system and can seat up to 140 guests. It has a large open-air paved area with views over Pioneer Bay.

You are able to have amplified music played in this venue up to 95 decibels. The cost to hire this venue is: 50 to 70 people - $ to 140 people - $2500 Venue Hire includes: White Chiffon Ceiling Draping with a Chandelier Bridal Table Backdrop with White Chiffon & Fairy Lights Staging for the Bridal table to be placed on Modern white or black fi tted chair cover for each chair

5 Oceanfront Lawn The lawn area, set between the pool and the ocean is in an absolute unique waterfront setting. It is ideal for cocktail style functions or more formal sit down dinners. The Nautilus Room will also be held as a wet weather alternative. The lawn is available for a minimum of 30 guests and a maximum of 100 guests. Please note noise & time restrictions apply. The cost to hire this venue is $1800 and this includes: Modern white or black fi tted chair cover for each chair Set of 20 unlit paper lanterns attached to fairy lights Suspended above the table area to create a romantic feel to your evening reception Highlight 3 palm trees with fairy lights wrapped around the tree trunk
