7 Why you can only benefit from a subscription ticket: lower price compared to the monthly ticket no forgetting the monthly token exchange and you don't need to make your way to the customer service centre thanks to the eticket (chip card) every month it is possible to change the price level at short notice free of charge uncomplicated and quick replacement of lost cards for a small processing charge upon presentation of your identity card attractive offers and discounts for leisure and cultural offerings twice a year as part of AboLust, the book of vouchers exclusively for subscribers the subscription can be cancelled during the year up to 6 weeks before the end of the month the only charge is the difference to the standard monthly ticket in the first year of subscription Tip: Don t forget your identity card when submitting the application or collecting your chip card from the customer service centre! 6

8 Mobility guarantee We always strive to bring you to your destination on time. However, if we are unable to do this due to traffic, illegal parking or malfunctions of vehicles and operating equipment, you can take advantage of our mobility guarantee. This is valid for all VRR and NRW tickets. It applies if the transport you have chosen departs from the stop 20 minutes later than indicated on the schedule and no other obvious bus or rail alternative exists. If you end up needing to take an IC/EC, ICE or taxi to complete your journey, we will reimburse you for a portion of the additional costs incurred. As a Ticket2000 or BärenTicket customer, you will receive up to 50 euros for the day. If you use another ticket, we will reimburse you with 25 euros for trips between 5 a.m. and 8 p.m. For trips between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m., the amount increases to 50 euros. 5 a.m. until 8 p.m. 25,- 8 p.m. until 5 a.m. 50,- All you need to do is submit an application to your transport company within 14 days of the delay incident. 9 VRR fare categories Short trips With a Kurzstrecken-Ticket (short trip ticket) you can generally travel up to three stations or 1.5 kilometres away. They are valid for 20 minutes from the time of validation, and are exclusively for direct trips. You may only use short trip tickets in buses, trams and underground railways (U-Bahn), however not on regional express (RE) trains, regional (R) trains, or urban railways (S-Bahn). Fare category A Fare category A is generally valid for trips within a city or town. A1 in smaller cities and towns A2 in eleven larger towns and cities with good public transport networks A3 in five large cities with very dense and high-quality local transport service 03 Wesel Example: Fare category A1 Wesel Fare category B In fare category B, select a central fare zone from which you can travel into the directly adjacent fare zones. 15 Bicycle transport In general, the transport company will gladly transport your bicycle as well. However, in the interests of all passengers, this may depend on the time of day, the volume of passengers and the space available. Please familiarise yourself in advance with the applicable carry-on regulations of your transport company. 16 Always a Winner: Ticket2000 and Ticket1000 Have we aroused your curiosity? Do you also want to be mobile round-the-clock and enjoy the numerous extras available to subscribers? Then Ticket2000 is "just the ticket" for you. Should you no longer require your ticket, it is only necessary to send an informal written cancellation up to 6 weeks before the end of the month. General rule: If you cancel your ticket in the current year you do not pay any more than the standard price of a monthly ticket. So what are you waiting for? Simply fill out the attached order form and hand it into your customer service centre.
