9 WORLDWIDE EXPANSION The coming years will see the B&B Hotel Group expand its hotel network in Germany and other European countries. We will still be focusing on medium and large cities as well as metropolitan regions with attractive locations close to city centres as well as convenient transport links. We also place high priority on easy accessibility to restaurants, airports, and major tourist attractions. We opened our first hotels in Italy in 2009, followed by the openings of B&B hotels in Poland in 2010, Morocco and Czech Republic in In 2015 and 2016 we opened twenty hotels in Spain. We intend to reinforce our market presence there and in other countries. We plan to open B&B hotels in Central Europe while expanding on our franchise operations in Austria, Spain, Switzerland and Brazil. HOTELBB.DE

12 MANAGEMENT MAX C. LUSCHER CEO B&B HOTELS GmbH, Germany Max C. Luscher has been the CEO of B&B HOTELS GmbH in Germany since 1 January His career is closely associated with the hotel industry. After graduating from high school he completed his training and qualified in hotel management before taking up positions in the international hotel industry (including the UK, Ireland, USA, Cayman Islands). The native of Stuttgart then studied business administration and hospitality management at the University of Munich. He followed this by establishing a hotel real estate and hotel management consultancy at KPMG, which he directed as a company officer and senior manager. In addition, he completed the vocational course in real estate investment management at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel. In January 2016, Max C. Luscher joined B&B HOTELS as the Director of Development and Asset Management. He is married and has three children. FABRICE COLLET COO Groupe B&B Hôtels CEO B&B HOTELS GmbH, Germany Born 1970 in France, Fabrice Collet earned his diploma at the Engineering College Ecole Centrale de Paris. After working in financial management within the service sector of various enterprises (Elis, Polyconcept, Neopost and Wendel Group SE), he joined B&B Hotels as Chief Financial Officer in Since 2016, Fabrice Collet has been the Chief Operating Officer for B&B Hotels Group and on January 1, 2017 he assumed the position of Managing Director for B&B HOTELS Germany. GEORGES SAMPEUR CEO Groupe B&B Hôtels Georges Sampeur, CEO of Groupe B&B Hôtels France, leads the Groupe B&B Hôtels since Sampeur was born in France. After apprenticeship at car rental agency AVIS, he managed the AVIS marketing and sales team Europe he assumed the management for AVIS Great Britain. Six years later Sampeur changed his position and operated the French market of the company Carlson Wagonlit and later on he was assistant CEO of Europe. 12
