3 2 THREE PHASES OF IMPLEMENTATION INTRODUCED WITH THE AIM TO: IMPROVE CAPACITY AND FLIGHT EFFICIENCY DECREASE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT OF FLIGHT OPERATIONS 3rd phase FULL FREE ROUTE Phase 3 FULL FREE ROUTE AIRAC H24 from FL335 and above Airspace Users will plan a direct route between entry and exit points taking into account the availability of restricted areas and the preferred route. Available also for arrival and/or departing flights until/from defined points, above FL335, after/before which the flights will use standard ATS route network.

4 The ATS Route Network will be REMOVED 3

5 AUs may plan a direct route between defined Entry Point and a defined Exit Point NITAM NOSTO 4

6 5 AUs may also route via intermediate points as published in AIP - ENR 4.4 (upper airspace only) and/or Enroute Radio Navigation Aids published in AIP - ENR4.1.1 GOGEM ROXAN NOLSI

16 ENAV uses the same FDP system in all the 4 ACCs. Some new functionalities are required to elaborate a correct trajectory for all traffic that will fill in the flight plan by inserting ONLY the ENTRY and the EXIT points into Italian airspace. 15
