Next to that checkbox, write in the exact location of the issue (in the green-shaded area). Next to the location, describe the issue as if you were preparing a work order request (in the white-shaded area). If you find more than issue, use multiple checkboxes. If you find the same issue multiple times, note the location and description in the comments area at the bottom of the Feature. At the end of your evaluation, review the entire form. If there were no s for any given Element, check off its none of the above checkbox. You may believe that an Element is not applicable to your site. If the Element has a not at this site checkbox, go ahead and check it off. If the Element does not have such a checkbox, it means that the Element is applicable. Check your Features List to see if it offers guidance about this Element. If you still have questions, call Steve Rockwell at before you leave the site so that he can help you evaluate figure out how to find and evaluate the Element. Stairways which are not an intrinsic part of an athletic structure should be evaluated under Hardscape except when they are part of an unpaved trail (in which case they should be evaluated under Greenspace). 18 Greenspace Evaluate: Low-maintenance vegetation and bio-diversity areas. Such areas may have pedestrian or disc golf access, but no other designated use. Evaluate all sanctioned non-paved trails that traverse a Greenspace area, and all stairways and ramps that are part of such trails (including any retaining walls and curbs that are integral to those stairways and ramps). Trails should not be evaluated once they enter a Natural Area. (Check your park map to see if and where such areas exist at your park).
