SEVERAL CAMP SITES HAVE IMPROPERLY SLOPED SEWAGE LINES. SEVERAL UNUSED WATER SPIGOTS ARE MISSING BACKFLOW PREVETORS WHICH MAY ALLOW GREY WATER TO FLOW FROM ONE CAMPSITE TO ANOTHER. OVERALL CAMP GROUND SPACES HAVE 10' OF DISTANCE BETWEEN CAMPERS OVERALL CAMP GROUNDS ARE IN GOOD REPAIR FREE OF DEBRIS AND PIC NIC TABLES ARE IN GOOD REPAIR. CAMP SITES ARE EASILY IDENTIFIABLE (4) Violation of OAR (4) The plumbing system is not in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Oregon Plumbing Specialty Code. SITE 5 HAS A SIGNIFICANT WATER LEAK AT THEIR SPIGOT Bring the plumbing into compliance with the Oregon Plumbing Specialty Code. Specifically: PLEASE INSURE THAT ALL WATER SPIGOTS HAVE BACK FLOW PREVENTORS AND THAT THERE ARE NO WATER LEAKS.

Install or adopt a solid waste disposal method that complies with DEQ solid waste disposal requirements. Specifically: PLEASE HAVE A CONTINUIOUS SLOPE FROM THE CAMPER TO THE GROUND. DO NOT ALLOW PATRONS TO HAVE SEWAGE LINES LAY FLAT ON THE GROUND WHICH MAY ALLOW SEWAGE LEAKS TO POOL (4) Violation of OAR (4) The park owner / operator has encouraged the location of more than one camping vehicle, tent vehicle, or tent on one space. SITE 60 HAS A LARGE BOAT BETWEEN HIS CAMPER AND THE NEIGHBORS CAMPER NOW ALLOWING 10' OF DISTANCE BETWEEN CAMPERS The owner / operator must not encourage or require the location of more than one camping vehicle, tent vehicle, or tent on any space. PLEASE MOVE THE BOAT SO THAT THERE IS 10' OF UNOBSTRUCTED DISTANCE BETWEEN CAMPERS DURING INSPECTION I NOTICED A FAMILY OF DUCKS THAT ARE BEING FED AND TREATED AS PETS AT SITE 56. Specifically: PLEASE PLACE ANTI SIPHON DEVICES AT EACH SITE (3) Violation of OAR (3) Recreation park premises has not been kept orderly and free of litter and refuse. THE BACK CAMPERS AND #7 HAS GARBAGE AND EXCESS OF LITTER AT THEIR CAMP SITES. Collect, properly store and dispose of the litter and refuse on the premises. Specifically: PLEASE CLEAN UP PARK AND THROW AWAY EXCESS GARBAGE AND GARBAGE BAGS.

SEVERAL CAMPER ESPECIALLY THOSE IN THE BACK ARE SPACED CLOSER THAN 10' BETWEEN VEHICLES AND OTHER CAMPERS Provide at least ten feet of space separating camping vehicles, tents, awnings, or carports from camping vehicles or tents in other spaces. PLEASE INCREASE DISTANCE BETWEEN CAMPERS (2.1) (1) Violation of OAR (1) The park patrons have not disposed of all sewage and waste water properly. SEVERAL CAMP SITES ARE NOT SLOPING THEIR WASTE LINES. The park's patrons must be informed of proper sewage and waste water disposal methods in facilities provided by the park and cannot be allowed to discharge sewage or waste water onto the ground surface.
