1 North Carolina Foothills Utilities Coordination Committee Meeting Minutes Date: January 5 th, 2016 at 11:00am Place: Grandma Hoyt s Country Buffet Address: 421 East Virginia Ave. Town: Bessemer City, NC Called to Order & Welcomed to Guest o Kevin Johnson called the meeting to 11:07 AM o Chase Gibson went over housekeeping and emergency evacuation. Introductions o Kevin Johnson started Introductions then went around the room. o Safety Share presented by: Chase Gibson o Topic Example of what to do for a Safety share. Old Business o Approval of (PREVIOUS MONTH) minutes. Officer Reports Chair- Went over new Agenda Format for this year. Secretary- Went over new Minutes format for this year. New Business o Approval of the new Agenda format Motion made by Travis Bridgeman o Second by Robin Stone o Matter of Co-Chair Officer Election.
