MAYOR S REPORT/DEPUTY MAYOR S REPORT RESOLVED: to note the report with thanks to the Mayor and staff for arranging the services of commemoration MINUTES OF THE TOWN COUNCIL held 23 rd JULY 2014 RESOLVED: to approve the minutes as a correct record MINUTES OF THE NEIGHBOURHOOD PLANNING COMMITTEE held 30 th JULY 2014 It was moved by Cllr Dixon Seconded by Cllr Bampton Smith and RESOLVED: to endorse the recommendations and approve the minutes as a correct record MINUTES OF THE STRATEGY & REVIEW COMMITTEE held 6 th August 2014 Cllr Dixon presented the minutes and the recommendations a discussion took place regarding the proposed Mayor Charity Fund. When the Chair or Deputy cannot attend, ward members be authorised to represent the view of Hebden Royd Town Council at meetings of the Planning Committee at CMBC APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING GRANTED BY CMBC The Clerk reported on Planning Notices received from the Chief Town Planning Officer GRANTING PLANNING PERMISSION to applications previously considered.
