However despite the size of the town, is located in the heart of the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) with many attractive villages, walks and cycle rides on the doorstep. The sought-after villages of Penn and Tylers Green and Hazlemere are just minutes away. There is excellent schooling in as well as the local villages.
