1 WELCOME TO YOUR LODGE This is a quick start guide to make your holiday as enjoyable & comfortable as possible. All lodge instructions are located in the brown folder. Blue Parking Disc gives you free parking for selected times in disc zones in Richmond please ensure that you park in a disc zone not a pay & display car park when displaying your disc always check for signs additional discs available from reception. This is a reminder that due to Fire Regulations we do not allow smoking, candles & disposable barbecues in any of our properties. Fire Evacuation Procedures are on a laminated sheet in every lodge as well as a fire extinguisher & fire blanket. Enjoy your holiday VACATING YOUR LODGE Please vacate your lodge by 10am on the day of departure & leave everything as you would wish to find it. Using your device simply connect to internet (make sure Wifi is enabled) You will be taken to a login page where you can log in via Facebook, Twitter or register. No WI FI Technical support is available after 5pm & weekends/bank holidays RUBBISH & RECYCLING PLEASE SORT YOUR RUBBISH INTO RECYCLING, GLASS AND LAND-FILL LEFT OVER FOOD & DRINK On departure any leftover food & drink leave in the lodge we will try & utilize it by using if for the Birds & Animals at Flowery Dell where possible.
