10 The Residential Service office will be closing at 4.30pm on Friday 21 December and re-opening at 9.30am on Tuesday 2 January The Residential Assistants and Security will be on-site as usual over the closure period for emergencies. Any emergency maintenance issues should be reported to the Residential Assistant as the Facilities Helpdesk will be closed. There are restaurants serving Christmas dinners over this period, although you may need to book online in advance. Pubs, clubs and bars run special events over the Christmas period for you to enjoy. Tickets can be bought in advance online. Many churches will be offering Christmas services, although the times will vary.
