5 Safety in Town is a scheme that gets shops and businesses to be safe places for people who feel vulnerable when they are out. If you see a shop with the Safety in Town sticker in the window, you know you will be welcome to ask for support. If you sign up to the safety in town scheme you will get a Safety in Town card. A complimentary carers ticket is available to those customers unable to access all Platform facilities independently. WHAT S ON TICKETS - Call (see Visitor Information Centre opening hours below). Access Information Full level access, toilet facilities for wheelchair users, and hearing loop. Guide dogs and registered service dogs are welcome.
